I had a nice stay here overall. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station. A huge highlight was the wonderful service—the lady at the desk was incredibly nice and proactively shared helpful traffic updates regarding the event happening nearby. However, the facilities are quite dated. For instance, both the towel hanging bar and the toilet roll holder were loose and shaking. With a few maintenance updates, this would be a top-tier place to stay!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Hannover. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, “altstadt” and opera. First time to visit Hannover with limited time, the hotel’s location made it very convenient to quickly walk around the city for a first impression (very positive first impression - nice city). The only item that the hotel may want to consider is to offer “a la carte” items for breakfast instead of a full buffet. Being on business travel, I do not have the time or need for such a lengthy and heavy breakfast experience. I imagine this could apply to more business travelers.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The location was excellent, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the overall experience was relaxing and pleasant. While there is some room for improvement regarding cleanliness, it did not significantly affect my stay. The excellent service, comfortable atmosphere, and great amenities made up for it. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

I felt great because the staff were so friendly during check-in. The accommodation was neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Also, the view from the window was nice! The location was within walking distance of the Old Town and the Central Station, and it was convenient to have a subway station across the street when carrying a lot of luggage.

Older style , nice hotel, I was very briefly there in , went out and back into sleep left at 4 am, the staff were so super friendly and helpful tho, there was a fridge in my room, older style decor and so forth but the price reflects , I didn't use anything in the bar or lobby but they looked like they ha da good breakfast and so forth Elevators up to rooms Bathroom had a nice shower and so forth It reminded me of maybe a bit of a fancy hotel in days gone by.

I fell down in the bathroom in the bathtube, the concave bathtube is really dangerous. The noises coming from the high way were to much loud i had to change room for that, I advise to change the windows as the car passing from the vicinity of the hotel they make too much noises.

Friendly and welcoming staff! It's a bit of a shame that it's not clearly indicated whether there are more parking spaces at the hotel. It's by the airport, but we spent a good amount of time driving around the hotel's parking lot to see if there was space – there wasn't, and those 15 minutes were wasted. But otherwise, a really nice room that was ready for the four of us! Good experience overall!

Located directly opposite the Hauptbahnhof, it boasts excellent connectivity and convenient transportation. Parking is available in front, free on weekends and for 3 hours free on weekdays before 8 am. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom is exceptionally large. There's only one receptionist, but it's much better than many German hotels where staff are unattended after closing time. The breakfast is relatively plentiful, and the service is very nice. Highly recommended.
