Parador muy bonito situado en lo alto de la ciudad de Alcañiz. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y tranquilas. Se puede llegar andando a cualquier lugar de la ciudad y dispone de aparcamiento en la puerta desde donde se pueden visitar los alrededores.

Good location close to the historic center, easy parking, and no blue zone. The facilities are quite clean and modern. I'll definitely return one day.

薩拉戈薩很火的一個酒店了，環境好，地段好。服務好，餐飲也不錯。在這裏出差一週時間，定的酒店會議室。各方面都是很不錯的，下回有機會來還是住心裏。同時也把這個酒店推薦給來這裏玩的朋友們

Très joli hôtel avec une décoration luxueuse. Qualité d'accueil et de service au top Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner à 13€ par personne est certes bon, mais le tarif un peu excessif pour l'Espagne, 10€ semblerait plus cohérent.

The location of the hotel is zaragoza train station, which can be moved by public transportation bus, and the surrounding sightseeing places are walking distance. Cleanliness and comfort gave a smile. Although not fluent, even if I tried to talk in English and Spanish, I felt like I was waiting and trying to help. Even when I checked out, I showed the train ticket and was worried, so I left my luggage and set a time plan! The service is the best. Currently, the best hostel I want to come back to during my trip to Spain!

Habitación amplia , muy calentita , y buena relación calidad precio, instalaciones mejorar o arreglar el spa y mantenimiento del gym , no hay colchonetas para estirar y varias máquinas en reparación

Suitable for self-driving, good service, free parking outside the hotel, the room is a bit small but sufficient

El hotel es súper cómodo, bonito y bien ubicado. La habitación era espaciosa, muy cómoda y limpia. El precio estuvo muy bien y recomiendo 100%

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

La habitación era interior, sin balcón, no había secador de pelo ni nevera. Hacia un olor muy fuerte a un producto de limpieza. Por lo demás todo bien.
