Hotels With Bars in Rio Negro, Argentina

The location is not bad, it is close to the urban environment near the lake. The room is very spacious and hygienic. It is also very good. The new hotel sanitary equipment is definitely no problem. The service is a little worse. It may be that the service staff asks too little, so the service can’t keep up. There is no relationship between fixed doormen. After all, a 5-star hotel has to leave its own luggage. It’s too much to say that it’s too late. The front desk also feels that it has not reached the scale of 5 stars. Others are quite good, and they don’t enjoy the 5 star service. Reach the service of a 3-star hotel

En pleno centro, a pocos metros del hermosísimo lago, restaurantes, Centro Cívico, buen desayuno, limpio, habitación y baño espaciosos, la cama un poco dura pues la habían comprado recientemente (a algunos les gusta así) , en general un buen hotel que tendremos en cuenta si regresamos algún día al bello Bariloche, la atención muy buena, gracias Pablito, un abrazo desde Guayaquil , Ecuador

Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony.  I found it was a bit tired.  The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors.  I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close.  I definitely won't be staying again.

Close to the heart of the city. Nice breakfast and easy to move around that area.

Hotel is very centrally located on a main shopping thoroughfare. Because of a fiesta it was noisy until about midnight. Very little English is spoken which was a problem when we asked for help with a cancelled flight. We moved to Hilton Hotel which was cheaper and much better in all respects. Hotel Cristal is in need of updating. The Jacuzzi shower cubicle in our bathroom was extremely old and awkward to get in and out of and was totally useless. Only a spray head worked and the pressure was useless so goodness knows how it ever worked all the jets! Waited ages for hot water and then it would suddenly go freezing cold. Went for a drink in the bar and they could not offer a glass of wine. Wine only by the bottle! I asked about the notice saying Happy Hour and was told that was only if you had Campari or Vodka! Buffet breakfast was fine. Would I choose it again - no. Plenty other hotels in Bariloche.

Really nice and great value for money, especially with the hearty breakfast. Only feedback would be were a little disappointed that you have to pay for the pool table! But apart from that the stay was perfect, thank you

We liked this hotel, the team were friendly and the eoom was nice. The restaurant and bar were good as was breakfast. The view was amazibg. The only problem was the noise from the traffic in the steet below

Had I hard time convincing them the reservation was prepaid and breakfast was included, but great stay overall.
