Hotels With Gym in Streymoy, Faroe Islands

The hotel is a well priced one just a stone's throw away from the town centre. It is convenient both for those driving - without having to worry about parking and navigating narrow roads, and for those not driving and taking the bus or ferry - the bus and ferry terminal are just 5 to 8 minutes walk away. The room is small - but I think most other hotel rooms in Torshavn are small as well. There is a lounge area for guests with views to the sea, perfect if you need a bugger space to chill. The hotel also provides a free drink of choice if you choose to forgo room cleaning, a smart way to incentivise sustainability and cost savings. Breakfast was also wonderful with a decent spread of hot foods (sausages, ham, eggs), breads, cheeses and cold cuts. Service was excellent and the crew are friendly and hardworking. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel and the Hilton in Tórsburg, and personally, I found this hotel much better than the Hilton, referring to a standard double room. The breakfast was nothing special; European breakfasts seem to be all the same, but the smoked salmon was delicious. The hotel's interior has a standard Scandinavian style, simple yet stylish, with meticulous attention to detail, such as heated mirrors that don't fog up from steam, and convenient grab bars on the toilet (although I accidentally bumped into one of them). The views from the room and restaurant windows were absolutely stunning, overlooking the entire city of Tórsburg. The bed was very soft, the room was slightly larger than the Hilton's, the front desk staff were friendly, and there was a lounge and laundry room available. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would choose this hotel again next time. However, the only problem is that Google Maps navigation has major issues; it can be very difficult to find the hotel on your first visit!

Parking is free, as are the washing machine and dryer. The gym has a great view. Breakfast was protein-rich, and except for the lack of leafy greens, everything else was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. There were no toiletries or slippers, which is normal for European hotels, but I was lucky I brought my own. The sauna and hot springs were available for an additional fee of 150 DKK per person for 45 minutes. The receptionist, Elizabeth, was extremely rude. Whenever I asked her anything, she would respond with a ”Google it yourself” attitude. The receptionist, Elisa, who worked the night shift, was very friendly. There was also a blonde girl and an Asian guy who were also very friendly. One night, I saw the Northern Lights from the hotel entrance—quite lucky!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 地理位置極其優越，很有當地特色的老牌酒店 這次在法羅羣島 Faroe Islands 的旅行入住 Hotel Hafnia，整體體驗非常不錯，尤其是地理位置，真的可以用極其優越來形容。酒店距離港口和巴士總站步行大約5分鐘，無論是乘坐當地公交、參加一日遊，還是在託爾斯港 Tórshavn 老城區閑逛，都非常方便。 酒店本身是一家頗有歷史感的老牌星級酒店，內飾非常精美，設施也很齊全。酒店大堂甚至還有一個真正的壁爐 🔥，對於法羅羣島這種惡劣天氣的地方來説特別實用。外面吹着冷風回來，進門就可以在壁爐旁烤烤火、暖一暖，真的非常舒服，也很有北歐傳統酒店的氛圍。 公共區域和酒廊都很漂亮，很適合旅行一天後坐下來休息。酒店窗外的景色也很迷人，周圍就是典型的法羅羣島風景。旁邊還有一間非常有特色的傳統小紅屋茶館，屋頂上長滿了野草 🌿🏠，很有當地特色，隨手一拍都很有感覺。 前台服務尤其值得表揚，工作人員一直都非常熱情、友好、耐心。我第一天辦理入住時，接待我的前台工作人員是一位來到這裏參加歐洲著名 Erasmus項目的西班牙學生Patricia，我們還聊了很多，感覺特別親切 😄。這種旅途中偶然和來自不同國家的人聊天的經歷，也讓酒店多了一份特別的人情味。 酒店每天還提供一杯免費的紅酒或白葡萄酒 🍷，酒廊環境又很漂亮，晚上回來喝一杯、休息一下非常愜意。 房間裝修也很有特色，尤其是牆上的壁畫，很有藝術感，讓房間不會顯得千篇一律。房內設施也非常齊全：冰箱、咖啡機、免費的茶等基本應有盡有。 還有一個非常有趣的小細節：酒店提供免費的蘋果，隨時可以拿 🍎。旁邊還配有《白雪公主》引經據典的創意設計，以及 “Take a Chance on me” 的文字，把一個普通的免費蘋果設計得非常有意思，😂 房門鑰匙也是那種古老而且很有分量的傳統鑰匙 🔑，拿在手裡很有年代感。當然，如果不想太重隨身攜帶，也可以直接寄放在前台，非常方便。 酒店的桑拿也是免費的，可以提前和前台預約。對於在法羅羣島這種天氣裏旅行了一整天之後，回酒店放鬆一下特別舒服。🧖♂️ 另外，我們參加當地一日遊時，司機兼導遊得知我們住在 Hafnia 後，也直接評價説：“Very nice hotel!” 😂 能得到當地人的認可，也算是一個很有意思的小加分。 總體來説，Hafnia 不僅僅是一家方便住宿的酒店，更是一家有歷史、有設計、有當地特色，也有人情味的酒店。從真正的壁爐 🔥、傳統鑰匙 🔑、特色壁畫，到屋頂長滿野草的小紅屋茶館，再到酒廊、免費蘋果和桑拿，很多細節都能感受到酒店的用心。 如果第一次來託爾斯港 Tórshavn，我會很推薦住這裏。位置方便、服務友好、景色漂亮！🇫🇴❤️
