MMaplee2011The price/performance ratio is very high, and the location is superb. I originally just didn't want to drive 7 hours from Switzerland to Paris, so I booked it halfway, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly good place.
SSuantouJEWELIn Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended.
Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean.
Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility.
Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming.
P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.
GGuest Userno electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.
BBryanHDIt was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!
GGuest UserLocation a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk).
We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right!
Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe 24-hour club is simply amazing. We took the 6 o'clock train to Berlin, and went to the club to have a cup of coffee and some snacks before departure. It was really considerate and convenient. Thanks to the service staff of OKKO!
MMiss Arielly RibeiroThe hotel is charming and elegant, excellent swimming pool service with cold champagne and other drinks, ideal temperature swimming pool water and delicious kitchen at the restaurant (best scargot we ever eaten) I thank the staff of the hotel (particularly when the lady that welcomed us was very sympathetic and efficient) all the staff who welcomed us with much professionalism and good mood in all the rooms of the hotel!
TTerrykaiFacilities: Parking available, which is convenient.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Located inside a shopping mall, very close to the city center and the church, all within walking distance.
Service: The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and check-in was very smooth.
SSpasimira KaraivanovaA Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse
We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy.
The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming.
The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices.
And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay.
This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!
GGuest UserVery close to the train station. A little far from the old city center, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The attractions are relatively concentrated.
The room is not big. After all, why would you need a bicycle in this area? The hygiene is OK. There is no bottled water in the room. You can go to the lobby to get water in a glass bottle and bring it to the room. There is also free coffee.
It was written on Ctrip that the room has a small refrigerator, but I found that it was not there when I actually checked in.
The breakfast is OK. The breakfast at Mercure has always been OK, but I have to complain about the Asian female employee in charge of breakfast. She greeted all white customers with a smile and said hello after the meal, but when I left and passed by her, she seemed to see nothing.
The other service staff were very good, very warm and friendly, but they spoke French by default, hahaha
