The location of the hotel near the pedestrian and commercial streets allows you to walk.
Good litter clean room Sorry that the ceiling covering marks a little with the rest of the room (gives a sense of vetusity)
Beverages and cakes are available at all times as well as aperitif are a more during the stay and are very valuable
The staff is very welcome and available
Very good stay
I already knew this place from visiting friends. I gave it a try afterward, and it's excellent! I understand why my friends chose this place.
Highly recommended!!!
Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.
Very nice hotel right in the city center. Timothee is super kind. The rooms are a bit dated and the heating needs to be looked at, as it's not very efficient. Breakfast was okay, and the Marecheux parking, with direct access to the hotel, offers great rates.
The price/performance ratio is very high, and the location is superb. I originally just didn't want to drive 7 hours from Switzerland to Paris, so I booked it halfway, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly good place.
Inviting, friendly, clean and in the heart of the city of Kaysersberg. Persona l was very friendly. Breakfast is rich and in a cozy atmosphere. Parking on the public parking lot, but in the hotel you get a 24h-Karte for €5, the advancement from the hotel for loading and exit is allowed. I and my family would like to come back.
-We found 15 euro parking to much.
At the place there stood per min. So at the ticket we need to pay 10 euro for the hours we stand there. Tought the hotel charged 15 euro.
- 30 euro for breakfeast 2 persons is to much for what you get. Cold pancakes, hard egg ( not good anymore )
- The hallways ( carpet ) was really dirty.
+ The receptionist was friendly.
+ The room was big and clean.
Should i come back, no.
91 room + tax, + breakfeast + parking = 140 a 150 euro. Not worth it.
Location is great, just on the city center of the city. At the time I stayed, there happen to be a Christmas market just outside the hotel, since that is the big market place. Very cute. Totally would recommend for traveller's who are visiting the city. The hotel is chic, and is good value for money.
Nicely newly decorated hotel with convenient location between rail station and place Stanislas.
Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.
Very Good

GGuest UserI didn't have particularly high expectations, as I understood it was an apartment-style accommodation. However, it was spotlessly clean, offered excellent hotel amenities, and came with a kitchen, making it absolutely perfect for families.
GGuest UserI stayed in a Deluxe King room for two nights and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient: just a short tram ride from the city center and close to the convention hall. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were nice places to relax in the evening.
The staff was friendly and professional and always ready to help. As a possible area for improvement, some areas of the hotel and rooms feel a bit dated. Also, parking and in-room Wi-Fi cost extra if you're not a Hilton Honors member.
Overall, it’s a reliable choice, especially for business or short city visits. It's a comfortable stay with helpful staff and easy access to transportation.

GGuest UserVery close to the train station. A little far from the old city center, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The attractions are relatively concentrated.
The room is not big. After all, why would you need a bicycle in this area? The hygiene is OK. There is no bottled water in the room. You can go to the lobby to get water in a glass bottle and bring it to the room. There is also free coffee.
It was written on Ctrip that the room has a small refrigerator, but I found that it was not there when I actually checked in.
The breakfast is OK. The breakfast at Mercure has always been OK, but I have to complain about the Asian female employee in charge of breakfast. She greeted all white customers with a smile and said hello after the meal, but when I left and passed by her, she seemed to see nothing.
The other service staff were very good, very warm and friendly, but they spoke French by default, hahaha
__yt12199****The hotel's location is actually quite good, but there's a section of cobblestone road leading to it, making it difficult to drag luggage. If you have luggage, you can also reach the hotel via a nearby park-like gravel path. If you arrive at night, taxis won't get you to the hotel entrance; there are two roadblocks, and you'll have to drag your suitcase in. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and reusable slippers are provided. The staff are all kind and friendly. It's quite convenient for taking photos at the cathedral and Petite France in the early morning and evening.
AAnonymous UserAs a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.
PPO CHANThe location is very convenient, in the old town and 2 minutes from Petite France. The service is also good, the facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, and the room is well soundproofed, so you don't have to worry about street noise. The hotel feels new. The bed was very comfortable and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Breakfast was adequate and comfortable. Overall it was a comfortable stay and only an 8 minute walk from the train station. Worth recommending
永永皇蔡The accommodation is located near the city center and tourist attractions, but the hotel did not remind guests that driving to the area by themselves means that there is a ZTE zone that prohibits entry without permission. This caused us to accidentally drive into the area and then have to carefully drive out of the hotel parking lot early in the morning to find P+R Parking around the city. I asked the hotel's night staff but they were unable to provide any suggestions or solutions. This made our stay that day less enjoyable and less relaxing. I suggest that the hotel remind guests more often when booking. The hotel lobby dining space is well designed and I like it very much.
YysunExcellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.
