Excellent hotel for cheap price. Clean and nice room, and nice little pool too. Nice environment and not too far from the central city. There was a fridge and wine classes in the room and all kind of kitchen equipment as well. Even a washing machine for the dishes. Great!

The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that we were a family travel, we took the initiative to give us a Unicom room. The hotel geographical seat is very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the cathedral.

The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

The price/performance ratio is very high, and the location is superb. I originally just didn't want to drive 7 hours from Switzerland to Paris, so I booked it halfway, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly good place.

Inviting, friendly, clean and in the heart of the city of Kaysersberg. Persona l was very friendly. Breakfast is rich and in a cozy atmosphere. Parking on the public parking lot, but in the hotel you get a 24h-Karte for €5, the advancement from the hotel for loading and exit is allowed. I and my family would like to come back.

Location is great, just on the city center of the city. At the time I stayed, there happen to be a Christmas market just outside the hotel, since that is the big market place. Very cute. Totally would recommend for traveller's who are visiting the city. The hotel is chic, and is good value for money.

Nicely newly decorated hotel with convenient location between rail station and place Stanislas. Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman. The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel
