The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

The hotel is located smack in the middle of the city, very convenient if you're interested in exploring Toulouse City. Driving in and out of the hotel takes a little effort

The hotel is in good shape and size, well equipped, bus stop 3 can be reached from the train station, there is also a small supermarket and beach within ten minutes walk. But the kitchen cleaning charge is 20 euros, which is a bit strange.

We were very well received, the staff is super nice. The room is very comfortable and clean. We can't hear the neighbors in the adjacent rooms or the passage in the corridors. However, we were close to the elevator.

Represented good value for money. Room was well equipped with its own mini kitchen. Good sized bathroom, especially by French standards. We were a little disappointed by breakfast as item replenishment was very slow and choice not as good as other Odalys Hotels, although maybe because demand for breakfast was lower.

Good location, staff attitude is also very good, very good stay experience, very close to the supermarket, shopping is very convenient! If I go next time, I will stay at a hotel.

A supermarket and a cinema are five minutes away. There is an airport nearby, but there is no noise from planes, but the road nearby can be disturbing because of the noise of passing motorcycles. Very well placed in a quiet area, located just behind the Compans Caffarelli park and the Japanese garden. Toures amenities close to the hotel on foot: metro 5 minutes walk, shopping center, bus, Canal du Midi a few minutes away and if you come via the ring road it's a few minutes drive from the ring road exit. The hotel is very clean, the room too. The staff is very friendly and smiling, especially the front-of-house manager of the hotel restaurant. Restaurant: it’s a shame that the choice on the menu doesn’t change more often. Sinn good fresh produce, and hearty dishes. The huge Caesar salad, magnificent, excellent and very well presented. Excellent bedding And no noise from the hallway or from the bedrooms A small downside with the TV channels: no access to all the channels when we were there and as it was the weekend the person who takes care of it was not present
