I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more pleasant.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is not in Sapa center, but easy to grab within 5mins drive, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.
The breakfast experience was excellent and a great way to start the day. There was a wide variety of options available, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, catering to different tastes. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful given the price.
I especially appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in presentation. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and welcoming.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return again in the future.
Stayed one night at KK Sapa Hotel. We were dropped off at the back of the KK Sapa hotel at level 15. Without knowing the hotel reception lobby was on the first floor. The view from level 15 is amazing as we can see the whole Fansipan view when it is clear. We checked in at level 1 but were told to come back by 2pm. They welcomed us with warm tea. The lobby is spacious with a cosy sofa. The room given to us was at level 14 and directly facing the Fansipan view. Opposite my room was the indoor swimming pool and gym. The room is spacious and very cosy. Strong shower pressure. Strong wifi connection. Cosy beds and a huge tv with lots of TV channels. The hotel itself is walkable to the Sapa town via level 15. We took about 15mins slow walk to reach Sapa city with most of the journey on a flat road. But the road is very narrowed as two cars passing each other making pedestrians walk almost non-existent. We pretty much enjoyed our stay at this hotel . I will definitely recommend staying at this hote.l
Generally hotel standard is below the standard of a 4 star hotel
Location is not very good and quite far from the town centre about 30 minutes walk
HOTEL room is very big for single occupancy
Hotel amenities were in quite bad. The swimming pool is closed and the bar is closed as well.
Rooms were clean.
Service is satisfactory and the reception does not speak English.
Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel – Excellent Location & Outstanding Staff
I recently stayed at Pao Sapa Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right beside Moana Sapa and just a few kilometers from Cat Cat Village, making sightseeing very convenient. The town is also within walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful valley view, and the breakfast was delicious.
The language barrier can be challenging, but the reception staff always have someone who speaks English. Katie, in particular, was extremely helpful. She assisted us with planning our Fansipan trip and booking tickets, and the hotel staff maintain a group chat to update guests on peak weather conditions, which is very useful.
During our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room became humid after a long day out. Communication was difficult at first, but Katie responded to our message even after office hours and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to rest comfortably.
Kudos to Katie and the team for their dedication and excellent service. I highly recommend Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel for its prime location, spacious rooms, and outstanding staff support.
The location is good. It's by the Red River and it's strategically located less than 1km away from the Chinese-Vietnamese border. There're many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops which make it very convenient.
The room is spacious and clean. The staff, although not very proficient in English, did try their best to communicate with me.
The limited breakfast options is the only ”wish could be better” for me but this is more than made up for by just how cheap their room rates are!
As a business traveler, this hotel goes on my list of preferred vendors.
The location is beautiful, about 30 minutes from the center of Sapa. We preferred this place for its tranquility and authenticity. Grab taxis are available for around 8€ to get to Sapa.
Regarding the room, it's very basic. The cleanliness was average; it could have been better. Be aware that there are many insects since it's in the countryside! Also, the rooms are poorly insulated and lack privacy. In the morning, you'll be woken up around 5/6 AM at dawn!!
Otherwise, the hotel restaurant is excellent, we absolutely loved it 😍 here are the photos. The prices were very reasonable, which saves you from having to go elsewhere.
The staff is very kind.
I booked it for an amazing view and I got the view. The breakfast was so so,but better than nothing, considering it was the ***** NY and there were no other options. The room was clean, but not spotless. Also I assume they refurbish part of the hotel and they did inform, however, due to the fact that there is no wall between rooms and reception you can hear everything,so soundproofing is nonexistent. Additionally,I understand, they are busy, but after checkout there were ppl sitting in the lobby, and after and hour or 2 the concierge started approaching everyone, asking if they checked out,and it did feel like he was trying to kick out everyone who already checked out as the lobby was busy,I mean he had a point, but it did leave a bad impression.kettle was not clean, which again if addressed may been replaced, but what about checking it before?
We had an amazing stay at Pistachio Hotel & Spa in Sapa! The experience was truly elevated thanks to Miss Chung from customer service. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain and guide us on how to get to nearby attractions, which made our trip so much smoother and enjoyable.
On top of that, she thoughtfully arranged a high-floor room with a stunning mountain view for us — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable!
Her warm hospitality and attention to detail really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Miss Chung for going above and beyond to make our stay special!
A great little hotel, room was clean, offering a small balcony for views of the mountains opposite. The swimming pool also offer a great view. The restaurant came in clutch when the weather was too cold to go out. They also offer laundry service at an affordable price. Only small complaint is that the location is alittle out of the way. Overall, a really good hotel at an even better price.

Amazing
HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!
EEdmond YLove this hotel, bought the Fansipan Wow pass from the hotel and recommended to everyone ! Service is excellent! Staff friendly. Definitely coming back ...

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.
HhakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.
RRobertVery nicely located complex with great panorama over The Valley and the Mount Fansipan. Rooms large and designed accordingly the landscape. Staff friendly and helpful. But breakfast is a catastrophy: not enough tables, dirty because of too much people.

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel! It was really pretty when the fog cleared!! But the location is a bit disappointing (I can't help it...) I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ
But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!
轻轻轻度过Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.
