I love the atmosphere and vibe of this hotel. The idea of friendships being formed is lovely, free games to play on site and money off food & drinks is a win. Super comfortable bed, great shower and rooms aren’t small either. You get more than most here.

Great location for everything especially the train station. Bed comfy, sofa not so much. Biggest gripe toilet in room 322 detached from sink to wash hands after using the toilet. Pool sauna n gym great .

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

Very nice clean hotel would definitely stay there again. It was also nice getting a free upgrade on the room. Witch had kettle, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was like your own flat. Only down side to it was the shower was pretty crap. But you can put up with it for few nights.

My overall experience was good but was noticed that the youtube is not playing now so my son could not enjoy tv as before but when enquiring was told they are changing systems. The check-in time needs a little bit longer wait if only they can say 2pm.

The rooms are decent. The design is quite a bit old but it is functional and clean. AC is cold, that's a plus. Hair drier is a plus!! For me, that is!😅 What's amazing is the service is excellent. The staff were so nice! And kids under 12 eat for free (buffet)..no matter if it's breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed our stay here for an affordable price!

Rooms for 4 people: Courtesy of front desk service; Two double beds are comfortable and the room is spacious and clean. The restaurant food is delicious and the service is intimate; The breakfast is rich and delicious, and it is diversified in the UK. This hotel is worth recommending!
