We stayed here for two nights in the beginning of our trip to Japan and for one night at the end of our trip. The hotel allowed us to store a lot of luggages at the hotel when we travelled elsewhere. The staff is very service minded and my daughter even got gifts at check in. The rooms were very clean.We also got a room upgrade for our last night. The location is as good as it can be with its own subway entrance. The breakfast is delicious. However, Please note that unusually for Japan five year olds have to pay for breakfast (1650 JPY). Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Fukuoka I will stay here.

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more! We will definitely will stay in this hotel again : ) Miss市𡞴Itchisobo San is so helpful and friendly 👍🏼

It was a comfortable stay. Location is great, just right in front of Hakata station. The room is generally clean. All staff are polite, Japanese or non-Japanese. Towels are provided everyday. Pyjamas and amenities such as cotton pads and combs are found in the lobby. Coffee machine and water machine are available all the time in the lobby. I definitely love the free breakfast, with cold and hot selections. A simple breakfast before heading out. However, I find the lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit darker to my liking. Overall, I recommended this hotel if you want an affordable and comfortable stay.

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.

Had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect from concierge handling my car to be auto parked in hotel to greetings and responding to our needs. The bed was comfort and we were most glad to be given a free upgrade to a higher floor. Thank you so much.

I had a fantastic stay at Tokyu Stay Hakata! The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and just a short distance from the international airport, making it incredibly accessible for travellers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, very clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the inclusion of a washing machine in the room, which was so convenient for longer stays. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka!

Easy to travel and conveniently located near tourist spots. Everything is within close reach, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings are great, and the service is comprehensive, including free water. The breakfast lives up to the hype—delicious, fresh, and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to help. I was impressed with everything. The price is reasonable for the experience, and I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

A few blocks away from Hakata station, close to Canal city. Bathroom is small but room is nice and clean. I think it’s acceptable as is similar to other single and economy double-bed rooms in Japan. I would choose this hotel here again.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near JR station. Situated inside a big shopping mall with lots of stores and great foods. Walking distance to river front with nice views and lots of activities at night. Overall great experience. Just stayed too short. Should have stayed longer.

I chose to stay with Best Western because I trust the international brand and its quality of service. With Japan's standard, the room is big in size, the beds and the pillows are comfortable for a good sleep, and the area for placing the suitcases is sufficient. Only two minor points to deduct, the location is a bit far from the train station exit and there is no elevator in the closest station exist. The hotel entrance is in a small street, it's difficult to locate it if you don't use google map.

Right next to JR Kokura Station so very convenient for people who take train. We drove so decided to park a little farther (less than 10min walking distance). As expected the room is not big, but clean and cosy. A food court style dining area （屋台）is right downstairs near the station where you can find a great variety of food such as barbecue, ox intestine hot pot (もつ鍋), sushi etc.

Stayed on the 27th floor. Every 3-5 minutes, there is a 10-15 seconds of strange noise. reported to the hotel, they blame the lift for the noises. Unfortunately, the very disturbing noise appeared throughout our stay including very late at night.

Since it supports national travel support, I made a reservation with a 40 ％ draw and it was 11460 yen for 3 nights. It is the worst hotel I stayed in Fukuoka. The first trip with my love and everything was perfect. And we stayed Rakuten Stay Kokura Station in the last day of trip before early flight back to Hong Kong. The self check in system was convenient. We used only 5 mins and we can get room password. The interior design is good and tidy. But the toilet cleanliness is a disaster. A lot of brown stain distribute in toilet bowl and seat. The picture is disgusting along with its smell. We have to go down the self check in machine to find the customer service and request for room change. After a long waiting, and I got another room with same issue. Is almost 11pm and we have to catch early flight tomorrow, we completed our trip with this horrible stay and the mood and memory was destroyed. I do not understand how the cleanliness can be that horrible and doubt that no one check the room before guest check in ? It happen again after room change. I will not stay in Rakuten hotel again definitely.

good location near main train station, restaurants and shops, good for transportation. room is small but acceptable ,reasonable price. except some staff cannot speak English, can be trouble for people like me can't speak Japanese. it is good place for people who is on budget travel

A lovely and classy hotel for a leisure Harbour side holiday. The service is top notch. The room decor and layout is welcoming. Not much of facilities inside the hotel though. But you can always enjoy the view from the window. I had a long breakfast and they served good quality Prosecco

２ The floor is at the front desk and you can issue two room keys with the check-in machine. When I checked in, I found out that it was a low floor on the 3rd floor, so I thought it was a game, but probably because it was New Year's Eve, the outside was relatively quiet and I could hardly hear any noise, and there is a hotel. A nice hotel with rustic charm. Bathroom very nice, however the tap may be a little slow due to age. The garden is beautiful and the staff very helpful. It should be noted that the hotel parking should not be used, as much cheeper parking is also available close to the hotel, with the parking rules of the hotel parking being expensive, whilst if you take your car out of the bay you have to pay again. Also as of 2023 they have some pretty amazing Quiche, 4.5*

Convenient hotel in front of JR Ogura station north exit. It is one of the oldest hotels in JR Kyushu Hotel, and there is a part that the room facilities are obsolete, but the room is cleaned and the renovation seems to have been done, and there is a feeling of cleanliness. The accommodation fee is also cheap in front of the station. There was no noise in the next room which tended to be in a cheap hotel, and it was possible to spend comfortably. From the room, the Shinkansen platform was able to be seen, and if the ear was clear, the bell of the departure was heard, so it was good as a railway lover. I think it is cheaper to stay here even if you pay transportation costs because the hotel fee in Hakata is high. (If you make a net reservation, you can use the Hakata-Ogura limited Express seat (the same amount of free seats) １４７０ yen) And the happy thing is that breakfast is free. There are some parts that are difficult to say that the menu is substantial, but I think it is enough because it is a free breakfast. Chocolate croissant and coffee were delicious. The staff is also good and I want to use it after the next time.

We stayed for 1 night on Saturday where it seemed to be pretty busy at this small hotel. The parking was limited but we were lucky to park at the hotel. The hotel’s location was great, closed to train station and shopping arcade. 5 of us could fit in one big spacious room with 3 big beds and 1 extra bed comfortably. The room was a bit old but the beds were comfy. There was a coin laundry in the hotel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok with little variety of food.

One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. We would like to express our greatest appreciation to the staff that assisted us. Thank you very much! どうもありがとうございます。

The hotel building itself is old but I think it is compact and comfortable. I had a unique fragrance whether it was a smell eraser or aromatic agent in the room. The unfortunate thing was that there was a Japanese confectionery in Kagoshima Prefecture that was the expiration date 2 days ago in the refrigerator. I thought that the sterilization work was busy due to the influence of the new corona. In addition, there is a free breakfast service, and I think it is good to stay again.

I used it on a business trip. It's usually a business hotel, but the hostel was the first time and it was fashionable and nice. It was unexpectedly convenient for the low price. A hotel located in the center of Kurume City, just off Nishitetsu Kurume Station. I didn't know that Kurume was famous as an event venue and wedding hall and had guest rooms. It is safe to climb from the first floor to the front desk once, and then move to the guest room by the elevator dedicated to the guest room. In addition, there are limited places to smoke in Japan, including electronic cigarettes, but it is rare that the hotel here has a smoking room on the front floor and a smoking room that can smoke in the room.

The next day, when I returned to the hotel room with a lot of luggage such as souvenirs, the hotel made a mistake on the check-out date, couldn't use the card key, and couldn't enter the room. The clock in the room was about 5 minutes ahead and was useless. The curtain is down about one third of the pillows, and the curtain hits the head and face. The safe in the room is not fixed and light, so it is easy to carry. The front desk said that the compensation in the safe will be fully paid. I stayed here for my son's university entrance exam. The hotel was convenient and easy to use. It's a normal hotel.

I was able to spend a pleasant time with the cleanliness that could dispel the oldness of the building
