Been here for quite few times. I like this hotel because the location is very strategic. Near to MRT, so you can go to 1 utama by mrt. Also working distance to the curve and ikea. We also love the breakfast here especially the kopi kampung. My daughter enjoy the stay here because of the swimming pool.
No room cleaning service. New towels and bottled water weren't left outside the door; you had to ask for them. No slippers were provided. The room was spacious and had a microwave, but it felt a bit old. The taxi drivers always dropped us off at the B3 underground parking garage, probably because they couldn't find the main entrance. It was really hard to find, and we had to go to B3 to pick up food deliveries too. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM. The gym was large and seemed to have regular guests and students using it.
This is where I stay in and around KL when I need to stay for longer for less money. There’s good amenities and attractions near by, decent food is close and the studio apartment perfectly fits my needs. The only downside is the fact that they do not clean rooms or even offer to during the stay. I have to ask for stuff to be delivered and do it myself.

My Malaysian retiree friend recommended this hotel which is connected to 1U mall via linked bridge, and 30% cheaper for us compared to the other hotel in the mall. We arrived after midnight via coach, it helps that it is walking distance from transportation hub. The room is clean, free mini bar and room was made up nicely everyday.
1 night stay only. Checked in 12.15 am. Smooth check in process. Thanks to Staff Maxidonna. I had a restful night.
Spacious room with minimalist touch. Im surely return.
** Parking cost RM 3 per entry.
**Selangor tax RM 7 per stay
**Room No 707
Returning to Johor Bahru from my hometown in North Malaysia during Chinese New Year, I made a stop in Kuala Lumpur and stayed at this hotel, which is integrated with a mall for shopping and entertainment. Dining and shopping were very convenient. My main reason for choosing it was the newly opened ski experience center.
The cleanliness of the room were absolute trash, even got cockroaches running around in my room. I shouldve taken picture for every single cockroach i killed.
Location wise, good to travel to KL but not too much if u wanna go eat mamak in the middle of the night
The service were good but prob better if u smile a little.
For ameneties, nothing to say much bout em but for those who travelling by car and your budget is pretty tight. I dont recommend this place since you gotta pay ur parking urself and its rm6 per day. Other then that, its perfect
The room floor was damp, and there was an unpleasant smell similar to a toilet odor and steam smell. In addition, no hot water jug was provided, and the television remote control not have
These issues significantly affected my comfort during the stay. I hope the management can take immediate action to address and improve these matters.

Everything was good, just a few minor details to point out:
1. The disposable slippers were of very poor quality.
2. There was a very, very, very distinct sound in the room every 30 minutes, which I assume was electrical.
3. The toilet was in a strange position; the door would hit you when opened (Room 717).
Overall, it's a really good hotel with a very affordable price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.

SSerene_lanBefore coming to Kuala Lumpur, I did a lot of research, checking reviews and opening dates for every hotel. Since I'm a super-clean Virgo, I was really worried about hygiene. My business trip budget was limited, so I chose this hotel because it was close to my client's company and, in my opinion, the best option available. After checking in, the room met my standards. If I can't find a suitable hotel next time, I'd definitely choose this one again. The hotel was renovated last year, so everything from the lobby to the rooms feels quite new. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, which put my mind at ease. The staff at the front desk were very friendly too. I think the only downside is the location; it's not very convenient, and you pretty much have to take a taxi to get anywhere. Walking alone felt a bit scary as the surrounding area is quite old and run-down, with a lot of migrant workers around. I initially thought about extending my stay for another night, but the slightly remote location made me reconsider. I really did love the room itself; just staying inside the hotel was quite nice. It felt safe and comfortable, and I slept very well.
GGuest UserCounter service was great 👍 was welcome with warm nice cookies . Room was clean , neat and spacious. Location convenient Just a 2 mins walk to I-city mall.
JJaxxZzzShares the lobby with Sunway Pyramid Hotel, but check-in is on the basement level. You have to carry your luggage down one floor, and the elevators are also a step down, with only two accessible from the basement.
The facilities are old; the duvet had faint, unremovable stains, and the toiletries were on par with a budget motel in China, and an old one at that.
On the bright side, the location is pretty decent, making it convenient for dining.

Wwangzai88Just got back from Sunway Resort and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳 The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of fruits, pastries, and both Western and Asian options – we were spoiled for choice every morning. 🍎🥐
The kids absolutely loved the children's pool with all its slides and water features; it was their personal paradise! 💦 The pool area is really well designed, allowing adults to relax nearby too.
The best part is the direct connection to the shopping mall. It's just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! 🛍️🎬 It felt like everything was taken care of on this holiday. We'll definitely be back! 💯

GGuest UserI came to stay overnight here to attend our alumni event.
Room is spacious, with a balcony facing the garden. However the sofa needed some cleaning as there were patches of stain and a few (cookie?) crumbs were seen when I first came inside. Parking is near to the room but a bit inconvenient to drag my luggages on the road. I had to carry my luggages instead.
The iron provided in the room was chipped. I didn’t realise it until I added water for the steam to function - it leaked and wet the whole ironing board instead. My clothes ended up getting wet while I tried to iron them. The iron definitely needs replacement.
Food from our group dinner event was below average. Coffee and tea served with sugar and super sweet by the way. Breakfast was okay for the price. Chicken rendang, croissant, and sardine curry are among the ones that are delicious in the breakfast spread.
I came to stay here about 13-14 years ago. But now I think the rooms need a good revamp.
EEve CeeOverall experience was good for a short getaway.
Room - generally clean, bed is comfortable. however bedsheet has some stains. Toilet cleanliness can be better.
Breakfast - good with fair varieties. Croissant fresh from the oven was a popular item.
Pool - infinity pool was very nice, relaxing and nice view
Amenities and parks - kids had a lot of fun in the indoor playground, waterpark and gokart.
Restaurant - had korean food and thai food. Nice.
