We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and my son’s 5th birthday at Belmont Hotel Mactan, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the entrance to our room, everything smelled clean and luxurious. The room was spotless, and the ambiance made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating when I requested a kettle for hot water, they prepared it right away. We also appreciated the easy access to Newtown Mactan Beach. Even when we forgot our beach pass, the reception found a way to assist us, and the fitness center staff were very friendly. They’re not strict, and maybe that’s why many guests love staying here because the service truly stands out. The most magical part was experiencing fireworks on the night of our anniversary. It made our celebration extra special and memorable. We’re definitely planning to come back! Highly recommended.

i like the location as it is more peaceful, relaxing and love the beachfront. staffs are really nice and flexible. we rented a car so we can get around easily as hotel location is a bit far from the restaurants.

Im always staying Maayo Hotel for my vacation, and Iove Maayo so far with free snacks and drinks and water, but recently my check in 5 days, I was observed there’s no free snacks and juice drinks and water putted in the mini refrigerator, before they putted every day…

We had a very great experience in Bai Hotel with my family. We also celebrated my Auntie’s birthday in Cafe Bai and they give her a complementary cake. Staffs are friendly and approachable. The hotel is very modern and clean. Highly recommended.

Near to the airport. Around 15-20 minutes only. Service is so good as the staff willing to help me to decorate my room for my husband’s suprise birthday. Thanks to Mr Jed and team. I owe you for my good stay there. Overall, the food is acceptable, but the variety is limited. Additionally, the halal section is placed very close to the pork items, which is not appropriate and may be uncomfortable for Muslim travellers.

Hotel is 10 mins away from the city but they have free shuttle which has a standard schedule. Beach front is a bit small and beach is not that clean tho. But would still recommend this hotel. We went here during the typhoon season in Manila so our flight was changed. Staffs are kind enough to allow us to do early check in and late check out. They have bfast buffet and what I love is they change the menu daily. We just hope there are more shuttle service time slots going to the main city so that it will lessen the transpo expenses. Booked it last minute when I arrived at the North Bus Terminal. The room was okay and clean. The location is ideal — right opposite the bus terminal, near SM City, and there’s a 7-11 on the ground floor. It can be a bit noisy due to the bus terminal and ongoing construction on the opposite building. Breakfast is buffet style, mainly Filipino dishes. Overall, the stay was okay.

The room is good for couple or friends, the bed is comfortable and clean. The hotel is near the beach and restaurants which is a plus. The price for 1 night is not bad. Will recommend staying at hennan to everyone planning a trip to Panglao Bohol.

✔️Location: good if you are shopping to Ayala or SM, accessible to both ❌Food: not so good choices. Also I booked 1 adult then 2kids. In other hotels, Seda, Parklane, Shangri-La, they don't let me add an additional fee as the breakfast is already good for two adults so the 2 kids are good as 1 adult. But here, I have to add payment. Also, on our 2nd day, a group went down at 7am for breakfast, apparently few food left. ❌Service: I asked for a room service as their vault is not functioning. Called 5x but its been more than 2 hrs and no one came. Handsoap (refilled) is empty. No bathroom tissues either which is essential as I have kids. ❌Security: I think its not 24/7 as no one manned the entrance during day time. High possibility of outsiders to get inside the hotel.
