홍또여Overall, this was a satisfying 5-star resort, with the exception of its location.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the security was excellent, making for a comfortable and safe stay within the resort. There were also various activities offered by the resort, so there was plenty to enjoy without even having to leave.
Most notably, the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. It was even more stunning in person than in photos, and I'd be willing to return just for the pool alone.
The only slight disappointment was breakfast. While the bread and fruit were good, the overall food selection was less than expected. I had the pho for three days, and the taste varied each day, which felt inconsistent.
Additionally, the location is a bit secluded, so many massage parlors and restaurants don't offer pick-up/drop-off services. Most of the time, I had to rely on taxis, which made getting around a bit inconvenient.
However, the resort's facilities and services were so excellent that I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, resort-focused vacation. Conversely, for those planning daily excursions for sightseeing or food tours, the location might be somewhat inconvenient.
Even if I visit Cebu again, I was so satisfied with this resort that I would book it again just for the swimming pool.

FranciluisssWell, I’d go with my honest review here. First of all… I did not expect my room to be this wide and spacious… it’s amazing. Their consistency in cleanliness is impressive as always, as a person who already stayed here in Mandarin for a couple of times (this is my first time travelling solo). Their breakfast never fails, all hits and no misses. The receptionists, housekeepers, security anf staffs are very kind. The hotel is also across from Ayala Center, which is an easy access for shopping and recreation. So far, 10/10. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Cebu. Shoutout kay Kuya Guard who became my friend, we’ll see each other soon. 😌🤝

We had an amazing stay at Mercure Hotel! From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We loved the pools, especially the infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The beach area was also well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the resort was so relaxing—it’s the perfect place to unwind and escape from stress.
One thing we truly appreciated was their luggage storage service. Before our stay, we went to Boracay first, and Mercure allowed us to safely leave our luggage at the hotel. It made our trip so much easier and hassle-free since we didn’t have to carry all our bags with us. After our Boracay trip, we simply returned to Mercure and enjoyed our family getaway.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. Excellent rooms, outstanding service, relaxing facilities, and thoughtful hospitality. We highly recommend Mercure Hotel and would definitely love to stay here again!

Anonymous UserThe staff were very accommodating. I had a sprained wrist when I arrived and the hotels has been more than helpful to me from check in to checkout. I called the operator to ask if they had bandages and not even 10 minutes later a medic came in and bandages my arm. 10/10 hospitality and service.

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

Guest UserThis is one of the larger hotels in Cebu, and it's not too far from the airport or the ferry terminal, making transportation very convenient. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and a supermarket right across the street. Overall, it was a great experience. The photos are of the view from the window.

Anonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Firstly, the price was incredibly reasonable, yet the services available even before check-in were extensive, allowing me to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I also used the bar and enjoyed afternoon tea; both the atmosphere and service were superb, making for a truly luxurious experience. The room was very clean, and the facilities and comfort were impeccable. Its direct connection to a commercial complex made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Furthermore, with *** also on-site, there's plenty to enjoy within the hotel itself, which is a major plus. From service, location, and facilities to value for money, everything was outstanding. This was undoubtedly the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I would love to return.

Lilia PedejeroMy family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.”
The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children.
What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others.

Guest UserI love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect.
They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball.
Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from.
There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite.
Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby.
They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room.
I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

COMETOPLAYThe staff were friendly and accommodating with requests. Everything about the resort was great.
While staying in a deluxe room, I only used the pool right in front of the room, and the water wasn't as clear as the other pools. The breakfast menu changed a few items daily, but overall, there wasn't a wide variety of food.
If your purpose is the resort's location and pool access, the room location was perfect, though there were some signs of aging in certain areas. The cleanliness was good.
I used the showerhead for 5 days without changing the filter.
I would definitely visit again. Many thanks to the friendly staff during my stay!
