The hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional. We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order. Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

The hotel reception was poor, no effort was made to inform us of the hotel’s amenities or location of the amenities. The port wine at the reception was on display but was never offered to us or the other guests. The cleaning staff were very friendly, congratulations. The heating unit was located outside near the window of the room and was surprisingly loud. The worst of all was a male guest using the sauna and steam room while completely *****! Shocking lack of hygiene!!!

Great place to stay for a couple of days, beach, plenty of Resturants. ****** all steps away from the front door. The hotel was calm, clean with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast had loads of goodies. Would not hesitate to stay again or tell a friend.

While the soundproofing was a bit lacking, I was generally satisfied. The front desk staff were friendly and proficient in English, which was a plus. However, be careful as water tends to splash out of the shower stall during a shower (the drainage isn't great). I regret not using the pool facilities, as the water was surprisingly clean. There's a spacious paid parking area with electric vehicle charging available.

Hotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

very well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

The parking lot outside the hotel says that the hotel is dedicated, but the hotel said that they don't know what the situation is. It is recommended to park in the parking lot downstairs. There is no place to eat nearby. The facilities are generally old.

The room was very small for the number of people. We could not use the lotion. The air conditioning of the very noisy room. No extra coats and covers. It was a long waiting time in the lift. Infrastructure problems in the walls of the corridors. Not corresponding to a 4-star hotel as indicated. Experience to not repeat.
