Everything was great! The dinner was lovely, and breakfast was superb. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors, was very pleasant. It was an experience I'd definitely repeat. Thank you very much!

I was genuinely surprised by the quality; honestly, I don't understand why it's not rated as 5 stars. From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful: modern, clean, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. I chose a sea-view room, which was magnificent! The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out. Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail. But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available. He truly made a difference in our experience. 100 out of 100! And not to forget the rest of the team, a big thank you. It was a memorable experience. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to.

Stayed at upon vila for 4 nights. First impressions were very good starting with the location which faces the Targus river and a short drive to several restaurants on the sea front. My room was quite big and had several seats and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. A complimentary bottle of water and some cookies were also waiting in my room. Breakfast times were from 8am - 11am which is great for late risers. First impressions on breakfast was disappointing. They had a few cereals limited fruit and pastries. They only had eggs and bacon for the cooked breakfast and on another day mushrooms. Also the same items were served over the 4 days. It would have been better to vary the menu each day. Overall a pleasant stay but disappointed with breakfast choices.

The hotel has sea views, but it's not first-line, located high up in the distance. The staff were generally very friendly. The superior room is small, as is the bathroom, but adequate. The minibar is super quiet; the toilet hose's pressure was a bit out of control. The sound insulation to the hallway and outside isn't the best, but it's not too bad either. I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. The spa and pool are tiny; they control capacity with advance reservations, and small children are only allowed in the morning. The gym has a few machines, enough to work the major muscle groups. Breakfast is varied; in my opinion, it lacks the typical Alentejo bread. On the first day, the scrambled eggs looked very dry, but by the second day, they were already good. I think it's rude for the staff to start rushing around 10 a.m., clearing tables, restricting access to only part of the buffet, and then starting cleaning and not restocking. It was a pleasant stay.

Overall, the stay was good. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and even though all rooms had a sea view, in some, you could only see the sea from the balcony. I found the breakfast limited; for example, there were no pancakes or crepes. The ladies' sauna wasn't working, and the men's was tiny and also not working well. The room cleaning was fine, but we were woken up by vacuum cleaners at 9 AM, which was not pleasant. Access to the hotel is very good because it has two entrances.

A experiência no Praia do Sal Resort foi excelente. O ambiente é acolhedor, moderno e muito agradável, o restaurante Omaggio é perfeito para desfrutar de uma refeição super agradável para quem gosta de uma boa massa e de uma boa pizza com valores super razoáveis. O atendimento do hotel foi atencioso e simpático, disponibilizaram até o WhatsApp para um atendimento ainda mais próximo dos clientes, sempre prestáveis e com atenção aos detalhes. Os quartos muito cheirosos e também super acolhedores, destaco também a vista e o espaço envolvente, que tornam esta experiência ainda mais especial. As piscinas exteriores são excelentes para relaxar bem como o espaço todo a volta, que é maravilhoso! O SPA também merece destaque, piscina aquecida, sauna e banho turco são excelente para um dia relaxante. E ainda se preferir ainda mais relaxamento, o atendimento de massagens faz ainda os teus dias de estadia serem mais relaxantes. O pequeno-almoço também é um ponto excelente a referir, tudo super bem confecionado e ambiente super agradável. Este Resort é sem dúvida um excelente para uma escapadinha em casal,uma experiência que recomendo e voltarei a repetir.

Everything was good except their bed. We had a double bed room but they used two single beds on the side of each other to make it a double bed. The mattress was not comfy and we could sense Spring in the mattress.

I want to highlight the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, who were always very attentive and ready to help. The room was magnificent, very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with a simply stunning view that made the experience even more special. The location is great, very close to the beach and with easy access to the main areas of Tróia. The breakfast was also quite good, with variety and quality. Without a doubt, this is an experience to repeat and a hotel we recommend for anyone looking for rest, comfort, and an incredible view.

Close enough and far away enough from Lisbon, Hotel da Barrosinha is a perfect spot to enjoy a rural vacation in peace and quiet. Also 30 min away from Comporta is a privileged location to enjoy Comporta and Carvalhal beaches without paying the premium markup of those locations. The pool is very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly, this is my second time there and I am coming back for sure!!

If you have a SUV, this might get difficult for you to park there. ▪️ The location of the hotel is … ok. A bit far from the nearest beach and from the restaurants we were interesting.
