Great Location & Comfortable Stay
I recently stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made it incredibly convenient to explore local markets, restaurants, and shopping areas like Central Festival and Kim Yong Market—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away.

I had a very pleasant stay at Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa in Hatyai, Songkhla. The hotel is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of both local and international options.
The location is convenient, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Hatyai. It’s a good choice whether you’re here for business or leisure.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hatyai. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

My stay at Richman Resort was MARVELLOUS. We stayed at the villa which has 3 rooms, a living room, a private pool, and a heated pool too! Each room has a very large TV (perhaps 75inch) and the rooms are spacious too. The resort feels so luxurious it makes you feel so rich, yet the room prices are very decent.
The villa supposedly accommodates 6 adults only but they allow another guests (with additional charges) and that includes towel, blanket and the breakfast too! Best thing is the breakfast was served in the villa, food are great (they are non halal but there are other food you can eat), they provide two main courses for each person and a beverage.
Their services were SPLENDID, I mostly contacted the receptionist through whatsapp messages and they responded the kindest and have every solutions to our issues. All staff are amazing and very helpful and that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Very recommend everyone to stay here!

Spotlessly clean, quiet rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. The service was absolutely excellent 👍. Its proximity to the airport makes it the perfect choice for those transiting to Koh Lipe or simply needing an airport stopover. Hat Yai itself is also definitely worth exploring!

I stayed at Buri Sriphu Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I loved how it was kept clean every single day. The hotel also provides 2 complimentary bottles of water daily, which was a thoughtful touch.
Service and hospitality were excellent throughout my stay—the staff were always smiley, helpful and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated that I could request to borrow an iron and ironing board when needed.
There’s a nice café at the lobby as well, which was convenient whenever I wanted to relax with a drink or snack.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Buri Sriphu Hotel and would not mind coming back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service and warm hospitality.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Crystal Hotel Hatyai. Here's a quick breakdown of our experience:
Cleanliness:
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Rooms and common areas were tidy and comfortable.
Location:
The location is super convenient—just a short walk across a bridge to Central Festival Hatyai Mall. There’s also a Makro nearby, though you’ll need to walk a bit deeper inside to reach it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Asian Bazaar Hatyai, which leans more towards halal Malay food and local offerings. If you're up for a longer stroll, Greenway Market is another 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, it rained during our trip so we skipped it, but the area is known for a mix of halal and non-halal food options.
Amenities:
Not too many amenities. There’s a swimming pool and a gym, but the gym was locked during our visit. It would be better if these facilities were more accessible.
Service:
Service was good—friendly and helpful staff. Some of the front desk team spoke English well, which made communication smoother. They also provided luggage storage, which was really helpful for us after check-out.
Buffet Breakfast:
Buffet starts at 6:30am local time, with a mix of Western and local Thai dishes. A special mention goes to the fish porridge—it was absolutely delicious!

The location very nice and near to the border. Everything is very near to the hotel. For me cleanliness quite okay until we call that housekeeping person then only she coming to makeup my room but never change the bedsheets. First day went down for breakfast feel very bad for me. Compared to the old hotel Satit Grand View, here the breakfast menu very little. Some of the food added too much of oil and the buffet area never clean at all. There is the egg station but no selection of Egg. Only one type of egg (fried egg) staff no friendly at all and they’re very free sitting at corner playing mobile phones. Hotel lobby very big and nice and no swimming pool at the hotel. Overall okay only.

WWilsologyI had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel, tucked away in a pleasant, convenient location. It’s within easy walking distance to Lee Garden, a charming little night market that serves delicious street food until midnight. The neighborhood feels safe even late at night — aside from the occasional biker pimp offering “ladies.” They aren’t aggressive, though, and leave immediately when declined.
One curious incident stood out during my stay: I returned to find my belongings oddly rearranged. My luggage had been moved from a corner to the bedside, and my charger was unplugged and tossed inside the bag. Management kindly checked the CCTV upok request and claimed that no one had entered the room while I was away. Strangely, nothing was missing. Perhaps it was just my imagination… or maybe something a bit supernatural. Either way, it felt harmless, but I’d still recommend keeping your valuables locked or with you. This happened only once over several nights.
Service throughout was all right, and the staff were warm. Room service is thorough. However, a few practical issues are worth noting: some rooms have unconnectable Wi-Fi or air-conditioning that can’t be adjusted (I learned this after switching between three rooms). Another minor frustration was the hotel’s policy of issuing only two room card, which makes it tricky to keep the room cool when you’re out whilst still having two traveller accessibility to the room.
Despite these quirks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
The shampoo and soap and toothbrush provided could be better though. For the price paid I would expect better quality.

Ggiva8A cute hotel, clean and quiet, a bit of walk from Lee Gardens, around 10 minutes but lots of food along the way. Some temples and 7-11s too. The area itself is quiet but there's some restaurants nearby if u turn left of the hotel. And a good cafe next door.

NnooraihanArrive quite late at the hotel, the road to hotel can be improved as its quite dark with no street light. The location is quite far from main attraction. However the hotel is true gem in Hatyai as the parking is just beside the room. No hassle to find parking!. The room was fully equipped with tv, fridge, wifi, hot water shower. The channel offered was quite variety and entertaining. The surround of the hotel is quite and serene, far from noise pollution. The pool offer area for adult and kids. My kids enjoy the pool so much. Breakfast was included, additional person can buy buffet breakfast at reasonable price, which is 70baht/kid. Breakfast quite basic with fried rice, porridge, bread and half cooked egg. Drink offered includes coffee, plain water and orange juice. Overall its a pleasant stay, and will consider to stay again in the future.
