It felt like we're staying in an ancient Chinese castle with modern amenities. Room was well sound-proofed and we could turn in early for the night even though night market was bustling with visitors. Delicious breakfast was available right before Li Jing Gate. Use Google translate to communicate with staff if you can't speak mandarin.

GGuest UserI had the most wonderful time at this Hotel, with the staff all being so hospitable and friendly! The owner of the hotel look after all his Guests very well and doesnât leave them in need of anything, from rides to extending booking rooms, even complimentary fruit and snacks! The food in the hotel is very delicious and traditional, all very clean and flavourful! I canât reccomend this hotel enough itâs only 1km away from Shaolin temple and other beautiful attractions.
It was a pleasure to stay here!

GGuest UserCleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! đđť There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

PPNovit4The best hotel to stay in Luoyang, perfect location in the oldtown part of the city. It ais a beautiful newly renovated heritage house turned into hotel. The staffs are amazing, very helpful. My husband got injured during this trip and the staffs so helpful with everything to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Room was quite big for 3 of us, all equipped with smart tech. Staffs speak abit english but there is a translator device and we communicate with wechat so no problem at all.

GGuest UserMo Shang Yi Su was the perfect base for our Shaolin Temple trip! The location was super convenient, making it easy to travel back and forth to the temple. After returning, we enjoyed tea and conversation in the tea room, and the herbal foot soak was amazing for relieving fatigue. Our child also got to practice calligraphy in the sunroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The laundry room and multi-functional fitness equipment were also a huge convenience. We had a wonderfully comfortable two-day stay here and highly recommend it!

CCairoutangLocation: Right on Longmen Ancient Street, very close to Longmen Grottoes.
Service: The service was excellent, and they were very responsive to all requests. When I first arrived, I couldn't find the place, and the lady at the front desk came out in the scorching sun to guide me. Throughout my stay, they were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to anything I needed.
Facilities: Plenty of power outlets, including USB direct charging and even a Type-C direct charging port, which is really fantastic!
However, I do have one small complaint. In 36°C weather, a toilet seat that felt like 40°C made me sweat just looking at it. Also, the placement of the door and the trash can is awkward; I scraped my arm on the doorknob while throwing out trash, and it really stung. I'd suggest moving the trash can or adding one near the sink!

AAnonymous UserLocated in the walking street it's in a very convinent location with many shops and stools nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor of the building and is quite large. It has a great view at night and nice atmosphere definitely recommend going up there once during the stay. The hotel also provided us with tea snacks and tea which was kind but also when checking out gave us multiple local gifts. Sincerely deserves more ratings. Thank you and see you again when in Luoyang.

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the host and property manager were incredibly welcoming. We arrived at the complex just as the manager was inspecting rooms, and they even helped us carry our luggage â a definite thumbs-up! The apartment itself is spacious and bright, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all immaculately clean. The location is fantastic, situated right in the heart of the old town with excellent transport links. Luoyi Ancient City is just a short stroll downstairs, offering a variety of street food. Conveniently, the Luoyi Ancient City metro station (Line 1) is also just downstairs. You can take the metro one stop to Lijinmen, where you'll find Old Town Cross Street with all sorts of local snacks inside the city gate. The second stop is Yingtianmen, near the Tiantang, Mingtang, and Jiuzhouchi attractions, whose evening light shows are particularly stunning. We visited during the summer, so we unfortunately missed the famous Luoyang peonies; I'll have to return next April to see them. Luoyang is truly a city steeped in history, and I definitely plan to visit again!

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽ćŻé¨, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called âfanfanâon site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.
