The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

Location very good, right in the university town, alot of eateries and central for traveling, room is fantastic as what is shown in the picture, very clean and modern,even has double glazed windows, very quiet in the room with busy street outside. Would stay here if I come here again.

Nestled at the foot of the mountains, the views are absolutely stunning. The room was warm and cozy, and the front desk service was excellent. They even helped carry our luggage to the room and explained all the facilities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the local specialties. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends.

Adding to the charm are three incredibly dedicated resident cats who are always ready to provide a 'happy moment'. But the absolute highlight is that everyone at the hotel is incredibly kind, the food is delicious, and they go out of their way to accommodate all our requests. I'll definitely be back next time to experience the beautiful snowy scenery!

I booked this room for my friends. The window overlooked the residential area behind the guesthouse. I asked them what they wanted to comment on the most, and they said they were most grateful for the food recommendations from the guesthouse staff. Thanks to him, not a single meal on this trip was a disappointment! And that's right, besides Changbai Mountain, we also got amazing food tips for our next stop, Yanji. The guesthouse price wasn't cheaper than the hot spring hotels on the mountain, but we definitely got a lot more warmth and hospitality here than at a hot spring hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the North Slope Scenic Area and the Magic World Rafting. Plus, there's complimentary access to natural hot springs. This trip to Changbai Mountain was full of surprises! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse here. The car that picked me up from the high-speed rail station was an Audi A8. The guesthouse is located in the center of the town, making it convenient to go anywhere, and it's quite close to the airport and the high-speed rail station. The guesthouse has a large courtyard, and the rooms are very clean and of a high standard! The food at the guesthouse is quite good, especially the breakfast, which is very exquisite. The butler service is also excellent! It truly lives up to its five-star rating! It was really great! I will definitely stay here again next year! The only regret is that I wanted to switch to a lake-view cabin, but they were full and I couldn't change. The view was so beautiful, so dreamy, I must stay here next time.
