Very basic lodging what I didn't like was the construction outside my window and 8am and that I had to check in the other Arc hotel 6 min walk away. The courtyard was nice but I wish they didn't have the automatic lights or at least the light switch for those who what'd to be outside after dark. Service was nice and they hold your bags. Overall not bad and not the worst.

The location is perfect, just in front of the mosque. The reception is super pleasant. When check-out we saved our bags to make a little more tourism before we leave. I do not recommend it!

Location is good, close to the cathedral and in a nice neighbourhood, cafes and restaurants nearby. People at reception are nice and helpful. The room is ok, a bit basic, outdated and bathroom not very clean, terrace on the rooftop was closed probably because it’s winter. Overall I would just recommend for 1 night to someone looking for a central location on a budget.

OOleTThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is in the center, but in a quiet place. The rooms are tiny, barely fit the bed. But it is nice that there is a private bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, a bedside table, a TV, air conditioning, the bed is comfortable. At first, I was checked into a room without a window, I asked to be given a room with a window the next day, and moved to another one. The hotel is old, tired. The rooms are dark, there is little light. The check-in process is very strange and extremely inconvenient, and sometimes inaccessible. If you decide to make contactless check-in, then you need to make it convenient for guests to register and receive keys. What is the problem with sending instructions on the day of check-in at least in a messenger? At the entrance to the hostel, there is an announcement at the door that you should call the specified phone number and you will be given instructions on how to get the key. And if you are unable to make a call, you will not be able to check in. The managers did not think about this. The phone number of the property in the description when booking does not match the one on the door, so you will not be able to contact in advance. I think the price is too high for such a hotel.
EElisabeth1I read all the comments and I am a little scared ... The true Checkin theme is that I had to contact them to send me the welcome email to be able to register those we installed there. Once completed, you will be sent another email with the buttons that open the entrance door and room, all directly from the phone. There is a QR code that you are supposed to follow the steps by scanning only, I didn't have to use it because I could already access the email. If you don't get an email, ask you the welcome email. The room was okay, it's not a hotel, but I was already good for what I was looking for.. the perfect bathroom and the room also. We have sleeped well. I will contact them via the next email ***************, giving them a booking.
GGuest UserThis is the most perfect place to stay in Nerja - could not fault a thing. The location is excellent you are 2 minutes away from all the main restaurants without having the noise element disturb you - it is extremely peaceful and quiet around the pool and within the rooms. The staff are brilliant and are well accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is no food, but this is not a problem as you want to be going out trying all the restaurants anyway - but there are plenty of shops nearby and the hotel are happy to give you cutlery to make sandwiches etc if needed. Must stay - would recommend this to anyone. We got engaged whilst we were in Nerja and I could not have picked a more perfect hotel to be staying in.
TTyler YuanThe service is very good. The guy at the front desk speaks good English and is very friendly. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. It is in the pedestrian street and not far from Plaza de España and the Golden Tower.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location to get to lots of attractions. It’s very clean. A little concern that we had was the inside air circulation was not too good in the hallway especially or a little bit in the room. We have to open window often. Otherwise it’s a great value.
AAmir_DThe room was tidy and clean, all possible things needed were in the room.
There was a fridge and coffee machine provided in the room and some refreshments already provided for free.
Sometimes I could hear the music from other rooms through the wall. The was some construction project in the street on the time of my travel which might not be pleasant for some people.
Overall, it worth the money and I will go there again if I visit Granada again.
ККатеринаConvenient location, beautiful hotel, fast check-in. An employee at the reception comes to Whatsapp and gives you all the information you need to check in on your own. The hotel is quiet, there is a small tavern with a delicious lunch. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, mini bar, towels, shampoo and gel, air conditioning. The best comfortable bed. Near the train station. Thank you, I enjoyed it.
GGuest UserWe were a group of 11. The rooms and reception area were spotlessly clean.
The garden is beautiful and a lovely spot to sit and relax with a book. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and let us store our luggage in one of the rooms at the end of our stay.
The location is excellent- a short walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
If we return to Nerja we will book again.
小小占When I woke up the next morning after checking in, I saw cockroaches in the room. After reporting it to the front desk, they were given an insecticide. Eating and drinking were not allowed in the room, which was not mentioned when booking.
