Hotel Review: A Cozy Stay in Budapest I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Budapest, and my experience was quite pleasant. Overall Ambiance: This hotel offers a more home-like environment rather than the traditional professional hotel experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, which made it easy to unwind during my stay. Location: While the hotel may appear to be slightly distant from the city center, I found that accessing the main attractions was not an issue. With a variety of convenient transportation options, including trams and the metro, reaching the heart of Budapest was straightforward and manageable. It’s an ideal location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being easily connected. Service: The receptionist staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness; they would knock multiple times before entering the room, ensuring guest comfort and privacy. Additionally, the option to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out was a significant advantage, allowing me to explore the city without the burden of my bags. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, providing a good night’s sleep. Despite my short one-night stay, I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Dining: The breakfast section offered a variety of options, making it a pleasant way to start the day. I found the selection to be adequate and enjoyable, contributing to a positive overall experience. Conclusion: In summary, if you’re seeking a quiet retreat away from the city’s hectic pace, this hotel in Budapest is a commendable choice. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and accessible location, it provides a comfortable base for both short and extended stays. My experience was quite satisfactory, and I would recommend it to others looking for a relaxed stay in Budapest.

I had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice.  Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water.

I can't praise this hotel enough. First of all, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. But what truly stood out was the staff. They are not just friendly; they are genuinely kind and go above and beyond to help. When my luggage was lost by the airline, they were incredibly supportive. They constantly called the airport for updates, gave me essential toiletries, and reassured me throughout the whole ordeal. Their help was invaluable and turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great conditions.

Wow, what a fantastic place. Effectively next door neighbour to the Magnificent State Opera House, Lovely old building building, the main interior staircase has got a 1930’s East European Style, I loved it. Check in was easy, all the staff were absolutely lovely. The room itself was fantastic, lovely modern comfort whilst maintaining some of the period features. The modern toilet/shower room was again fantastic, bed super comfortable and big, lovely lighting, nice comfortable chairs, writing desk, safe, fridge, ironing board, big wardrobe, nice carpets. This stay was outstanding value, I would very happily stay here every time. Super city, super road, neighbours and stay. Outstanding.

The location is super convenient, right by the M exit of the M2 MRT line! Excellent value for money, and the breakfast was delicious.

Loved the location (lots of restaurant options nearby, next to Lidl & literally next to a Metro station & a bus stop). The receptionist area was quite small so I was a bit skeptical and it was integrated to a residential area nearby - so don't expect a normal hotel lobby/receptionist area. They have a luggage storage (very secure) and the staffs were very helpful & kind! The best thing about the guesthouse is the room and facilities though, I think it was perfect. The room & bathroom was very clean & the common area was great as well, with a fridge and a microwave you can use.

The bed was a bit dirty (with some small pieces of bread) and there was a yogurt in the trash bin when I first came. It's near the bus station and u got plenty of bus to take to get to city centre (20min). The shower and toilet are quite clean. Plenty of space to hang your clothes.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to buses and many nearby attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, which made exploring very convenient. It was a bit difficult to find at first, as the sign isn’t very visible, I ended up walking in circles and had to ask for directions from staff at the restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and included a fan, which was great for the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

It was a very cozy place to stay. Quite a majestic room we had. Very convenient and accessible to public transport and some tourist spots. Mr. Imre was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely book it again when we come back to Budapest!

Wonderful hotel, great location, very nice design. There are some minor flaws that arise due to natural wear and tear, but for such a price it is not critical. There is a huge amount of public transport, cafes, shops nearby, a bakery is right opposite! Regarding audibility - yes, indeed, the soundproofing is not the best, but I very rarely come across budget hotels with good soundproofing, I travel with earplugs. And I was very lucky with my neighbors. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and everything was very comfortable, I would gladly repeat it!
