From the moment you step in, to the rooms, to the staff – nothing was disappointing. The reception and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and was tidied and cleaned daily. I will definitely stay here again. Although the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, it feels safe and comfortable. Five stars to the very friendly, helpful, and clean staff. Highly recommended for a stay here.

Nice and nice place, lacking in cleanliness but still worth it for that price

Just trying it for the first time. Checking in early is subject to a charge of 15 thousand. Entering the capsule is quite good, but the cell phone plug is loose, usually the slow plug is broken, the fast plug is broken. The shower room, sink and toilet are dirty, they should be cleaned more often because more people are using them. In the bathroom there is only soap, no shampoo, but there is no place to put our toiletries. So confused, how narrow is the bathroom? I won't be coming back if I do.

Dirty sheets...dirty floor...towels are no longer suitable even though they smell good...the door to the balcony has no lock...the TV is just full of ants

The sewer is blocked with the toilet smell of cigarettes. Maybe it's mamped because of the rokok when it's a cigarette. The sheets are like they haven't been changed, just behind the sheets. Maybe rusty times, although I ordered it there often, but there is always it. The toilet is not fixed. What although the place is delicious

Sorry, the facilities have been improved, one of them is that the shower is dead, the door locks are not locked properly, the blankets are inadequate, too thin and too small for 2 people.

The location is strategically close to the city center. The executive king room is very spacious for the size of a guest house. The bathroom is fully equipped with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, handwash and hot water. Facilities are available too. The tv channel is very complete, and there are also foreign channels, although it is not a smart tv, you can still watch movies too. There is breakfast too, but the menu is not too many, different menus every day. For example, fried rice, spring rolls, bread, fruit. The next day is different but bread and fruit are always there. It's not bad if you want to eat simple and not complicated. Disadvantages, the access to the guest house is a bit narrow, but it can still walk 2 cars. The parking lot is not too spacious. The hot water cannot be used directly, so you have to wait a few minutes before it gets hot.

I wish to stay here longer but there was a generator that tuened on and off regularly and made so much sound that I couldn't sleep probably. If this would change it is the perfect place to stay.
