A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door.
The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal.
Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

Located in the Georgian area of Dublin - you’re away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre. Check in was easy as was check out - I’ve nothing but good things to say about all the staff here who were friendly and helpful. The room was small but quiet and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was great. Searsons is just down the road for a bevvy or something to eat - as is Bobbys wine bar and other coffee shops and food places. Would definitely stay here again when in Dublin.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Ballsbridge, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin.
Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

CCairnsThis really is an absolute gem of a hotel. We were given such a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. Our room was a standard room but the furnishings and complementary goods gave it a luxury feel. The bed was super comfortable with soft linens and huge fluffy pillows. The hotel had thought of everything including umbrellas to borrow for the typical Irish weather. We were able to easily walk into the heart of Temple Bar. The breakfast served was unbelievably delicious and lots of it! All freshly cooked from a vast menu. This is a family run hotel and the personal flare really shows. Can’t wait to return!
JJaniceThis B&B was much better than a hotel. Thanks to the warm welcome by Tom I felt at home immediately. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. From the airport the bus stops very close to the B&B and also goes to the City Centre very often. The hot breakfast was delicious and freshly, you could choose from three options. As a tea lover I was happy with more than 20 kinds of teas, coffee was available too. Although the B&B is located at a busy road, our room no 4 at the back was quite. If I visit Dublin again I will choose Flyover B&B again.

GGuest UserIn order to facilitate self-service check-in, there was no staff at the hotel. There was only the self-service check-in process, email and phone. However, I had never received an access code before. No one answered the phone and emailed. Finally, other guests came back and let me in. I kept calling and waiting. Finally, one of the three calls was answered, but I didn't know the reservation information, so I kept waiting. Finally, half an hour later, I received a reply email. I waited for an hour just to get in. If you don't have this service capability, don't do self-service check-in.
MMerissaTravelsGardiner Lodge is right in the heart of Dublin and has a rustic, authentic feel, though the neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy. Breakfast was good, but you have to choose a time in advance, which can make sightseeing tricky if you’re only in the city for a couple of days. The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Parking is expensive and not very close, but otherwise everything you need is within walking distance or a short bus ride.
AA.Lee123Excellent hotel, great service and only 5 minutes walk to Landsdowne station that you can reach city centre within 15 minutes. The room is very nice and you can enjoy free coffee and tea, playing board game in the evening. The honourable system for whiskey bar is bdonus and the complimentary breakfast is very delicious. One thing I have to mention is that no air conditioning for the room but it's not bothering me in Dublin's weather.
GGuest UserIt's an excellent guest house that doesn't break your pocket with us travelling with our son. We booked a triple room and we have a car so the place is perfect. Staff (family owned) are really friendly and helpful, location is close to many things including buses. Our heater wasn't working overnight so it was a bit cold for us. It doesn't take away how nice the place is though. Will stay again.
LLuca MicheleCleaners came once a day but i found the guests to be dirty. Due to the shower layout the floor of the bathroom was always dirty. Some interesting characters as they don’t require ID or have a front desk. Free wifi and breakfast which is nice. The bed itself is good and has curtains but the room is bright even with lights off and noise travels.
