The second time in this structure and the second time we were fully satisfied, the warm welcome, the abundant and timely breakfast, the room different from the previous, but also the brighter and warmer, Parking and location close a picture to say not perfect. We really thank the Ancient Interamnia for the beautiful experience! That's very recommended.

We were without a car and then this B&B is very far from the center. You come through a nice climbing road! There was only a bus line that way. Felisia was very friendly but a B&B shared with the residents is not our thing. The air-conditioning was not good. The fan did nothing and the room was tight. The bathroom was in the hall and is being modernized. Small shower cabin. No glasses to clean teeth. It smoked a bit strange in the bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable. It's a pity we didn't have coffee in the room, there were tea bags, the balcony was nice but very noisy, in short, loved people, but only interesting if they were in car.

В этом отеле все продумано до мелочей . Удивительно как хозяйка нежно относится к интерьеру . Это тот случай когда нет ни одного вопроса к мелочам .
Дорога не простая , но просто делайте все по инструкции.

I was traveling alone to meet some friends in the area and someone suggested to visit a recently opened hotel. It is situated in the historic old town, I could see some very old buidings from the balcony. This hotel has just five rooms, all different, decorated in Linberty style, as the building is from that period. Even of the window was to the mail square, even a bar underneath, I could not hear a thing during the night. The reason might be the time of covid and in October and not many people out but the door to the balcony was also new and thick. The bathroom was spacious and as I had forgotten my shampoo the hotel provided quality stuff. Efficient hair dryer, and I was quickly out to see my friends. The hotel brought breakfast to the room on a tray. I could just stay in the bathrope provided as I was not in a rush in the morning checking out.

CChristutiStaff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserLo staff e tutto il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno accolti comunque. La posizione centralissima. Colazioni molto buone dal dolce al salato e abbiamo anche avuto la colazione pronta prima di partire presto la mattina. C'è la possibilità di noleggiare le bici, il che consigliamo fortemente perché gli spostamenti col bus o a piedi richiedono molta fatica :))) torneremmo volentieri, GRAZIE!

GGuest UserWhat to say? The structure is charming. Cured in the minimum details. Swallowed in the vineyards and in the tranquility. I would say excellent location: a few minutes from the exit of the motorway and a few minutes from Lanzano.
Breakfast (sweet or salad choice) was served in a elegant and very bright room.
Note: The bathroom had no clean floor, but both the owner and the cleaner apologised and eventually a mistake could be found.

GGuest UserAlthough there are no special facilities, the room is a little smaller, there is a small courtyard in front of the door, and the chair table is convenient for sitting outside to drink and watch the sunrise and sunset. The bright white and wide park, private beach area and neatly manicured lawns look very comfortable. Especially worth mentioning is that outside the menu, the boss let the kitchen cook a plate of seafood pasta, it is amazing, delicious to leave and want to go back to eat.
