I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very spacious rooms and two functional toilets, but recommend to bring your own soap and shampoo. The bed and pillow has abit of musty smell so its not the best. They offer luggage storage service but do note it’s not an office where you can collect anytime you want, you need to message the staff and depending on your luck, their response time may vary. Location is good just opposite R&f mall.

Overall a very comfortable stay. The room is clean with a beautiful sea view from the 40th floor. Both the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked that the towels were sanitised and individually sealed before being provided - everything felt clean and well prepared. Amenities are almost hotel-like, with toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap and other essentials provided. Check-in is officially at 3pm, but they allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The main downside is the check-in process. You have to collect the keys from their office, which is about a 10-minute walk from the actual block and requires crossing roads. It can be quite inconvenient if you don’t have a car, especially with large luggage or young children. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odour, possibly due to the drainage/piping system or lack of ventilation. Other than the check-in hassle and bathroom smell, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to several key attractions like TRX, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and the train station. There are also many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to reach Kuala Lumpur city center and other major sights. The hotel's location offers great convenience whether you're on a short trip or a longer stay.

Getting here from Singapore is super convenient; it's about a 10-15 minute walk across the overhead bridge to JB CIQ / JB Sentral. The rooms are generally larger than typical hotel rooms, with many units offering a living room, kitchen, and washing machine. The sea view and night view are lovely, and the higher floors are especially comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The accommodation is very clean and the service is friendly. The location is far from the pier, but you can experience the unbeatable sea view.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children.
