The room is clean. Staff service and response is ok. But take note that RM150 deposit is required for car parking access. The room does not have TV and washer. The bed is quite small due to the design, not suitable for those who is higher than 170cm. Overall, a comfortable stay. Location wise, about 16mins walk to JB custom. The traffic is quite heavy but still acceptable.

The apartment is of good size for families of 4. Even it’s just me and my husband, it is good size too. We enjoy the comfort and cozy-ness of the apartment. It is clean and well kept. Meymey is also nice and provides good customer service. She is also prompt and patient in responding to my queries since it is my first time booking this apartment. Definitely going to book with this serviced apartment when my husband and I come to JB!!

No frill check in: register with the security guard and obtain the keys from letter box with passcode provided. The apartment is spacious and clean. Most things are functional except the gas stove but a portable electric stove was provided instead. All necessities like toothbrush, shampoo, drinking water are provided. Property is well maintained overall. Location is good. R&F mall is just across, many eateries there. From the mall to CIQ and City Square is about 10mins walk along a covered walkway. Good experience. Recommended.

I am absolutely satisfied with the hotel service, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the on-site staff. Upon check-in, when my allocated parking lot was occupied by another vehicle, your staff promptly resolved the issue with efficiency and professionalism. In addition, when I requested replenishment of toilet items, the service was provided very promptly and courteously. Excellent job overall! The location is great and the view is magnificent, overlooking the Causeway and Singapore. I enjoyed my stay!

The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

The room is very spacious and clean. Conveniently located beside KSL City mall. During our 1-day stay, we notice a water leak in the kitchen sink. The floor level walkway is abit dim lighted. Need to take note. The passenger lifts gets busy during evning time and can cause some delay. Need to take note.

The environment and facilities here were so impressive, I almost wanted to buy an apartment at R&F Princess Cove! Getting to Singapore by land was incredibly smooth; it's a direct 10-minute walk from the overhead pedestrian bridge to the Singapore customs hall. The deposit paid online was refunded within three days. In Johor Bahru, most hotels and guesthouses in good locations priced under 200 RMB typically lack windows and have outdated facilities. However, this private rental at R&F Princess Cove didn't cost much more, was very comfortable, boasts an excellent location, and offers convenient shopping.
