Location is superb. High floor, very clean, amenities complete. Had a good smart TV which allowed us to enjoy Netflix while chilling. Service was prompt through WhatsApp. Instructions to access the unit was clear. Carpark was a bit of a maze but the parking lot was in a nice corner near the lift lobby. Would highly recommend this homestay.

Absolutely amazing stay at The Best Homestay! The room was superb—exactly like the photos, if not better. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were incredibly professional, making the whole experience feel truly premium. The location is perfect, with plenty of great food options just a short walk away. It’s an ideal place for families wanting to relax and enjoy their time in Johor Bahru. The facilities are complete and very family-friendly. Definitely coming back again! Highly recommended for anyone traveling with family to JB.

Staying here with my family for two nights. The unit is clean, and it's suitable for our needs, which can fit many people. Good location and good service. Thanks to the owner, we really had a great experience staying here. 😆😆

Great place to stay in R&F, it is an apartment or in SG we call it as Condo. I stay in studio. Downstair can access to partial open shopping mall which is good enough. 13 Mar just opened the Cinema. There is supermarket open till 10pm, the food there is reasonable affordable. This studio have 7KG washer which is good for me to wash my clothes, only need to find way to dry the clothes. 15min walk to CIQ with bridge or along the KTMB train path. Overall, it is a good place to stay. I will definitely come back again. Great for work from JB-SG or for retirement.

The tower is a few years old but the room is already neglected as if it was 20. The washing machine did not work, the balcony is full of cigarette butts and packs. At this price and in such a place they should at least clean it well. The only plus is the location and good views from the pool. In a few years when this place becomes popular and inhabited it will completely lose its charm.

The basic facilities are all there (but there is no toothbrush), and the cleanliness is good. However, from 8pm to the rainy time, no one delivers the takeaway. The main reason is that Tuas Link is a bit far, and it is still a bit tiring to go there from SG

Satisfied with this booking .if collection of key can be improved will be better. Have restaurants, kk mall , guardian & other shop downstairs very convenient.

For the amount that I am paying, is it more than fantastic! The homestay ambiance gives you a vibe of a pre-independence house in Malaya while providing various of amenities including a pool table. Hat’s off to the owner for having a nice property. If you are an easily-scared kind off person, I am not recommending it for you. But other than that, all I can say is I am absolutely repeating my stay in the future ! ( p/s : even thought the bar is not operating , that area is great spot for a insta worthy photos :D )

The location is a bit far from the mall but it has a bridge connecting to it. The mall has a lot of restaurants and convenience store. The room was so clean and well maintained. Provides slippers (beware the slippers sole is not rubberized. Easy to slip and fall) and toothbrush and small bottle of water is also provided. Though only 1 tissue roll in each toilet. There's only1 cons in the room, the aircon at the living room keeps turning off which is a bit hassle.
