Ideal for solo travelers and couples without babies. The place is squeaky clean but there is a shared shotlet bathroom. Still very clean. It’s located next to a busy road so I couldn’t sleep all night with the tricycles passing by and there was also a baby from one of the guests that was crying but not too much. If you like sleep and you’re a light sleeper don’t go there. The location is not great cos of this.

Really beautiful hotel. Staff really attentive to customer demand. I had an incident with my reservation and I was expecting a Mountain View room but didn’t get one upon checking in and they were able to switch room and accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend this place for a solo traveler really close to Main Street in Coron with shops and restaurants. The front desks suggested places to eat and to get massage and I got a discount for booking with them! Also they offer airport pickups and on my check out they offer to use the airport shuttle to drop me off at the meeting point for my expedition. Very flexible, friendly and welcoming!!

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. The owner is the only Mongolian in Cologne, so the design of the yurt is very authentic, which is a very special experience. The refrigerator in the room is quite noisy, and the neighbor's chickens will crow very early, so the earplugs provided in the room are very useful. There is unlimited supply of water, ice bath, etc. The price of the shuttle bus to the airport is also reasonable. At this price, it is good value for money

100% recommended. Operated by a very friendly family who organized EVERYTHING for us, tours, transportation, at very affordable prices and the convenience of having everything done for you. They changed the breakfast for us since we are vegetarians and they also made sure to order food suitable for the tours. The room has a fan that works well, a bathroom and a comfortable bed. Good location, ten minutes from the airport. I would come back many more times!

Nice and relaxing place to stay.

Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
