Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

What I liked: quick and convenient communication with the administrator during check-in. The room offered good value for money. What I didn't like: The pool rules weren't supported by its infrastructure. There's nowhere to change into dry clothes, but you're not allowed to leave in wet ones. The floor in front of the pool gets scorching hot in the sun, yet they require you to walk barefoot, even without slippers. They even came up with a dress code for visiting.

The hotel's facilities are great, especially the pool which offers fantastic views and a very comfortable water temperature. The views from the rooms are also beautiful, overlooking a large, auspicious area below. However, the location is a bit out of the way, and the surrounding amenities are fairly basic. If you need something urgently, you'll have to buy it at a convenience store along the road, as there's nothing nearby. It's a taxi ride to Kimberley Street. There are two night markets close by, and while the food is decent, the variety isn't extensive. I'd still recommend exploring other areas for more dining options.

The room is surprisingly clean, coz with this price I actually did not expect much. Although the type of my booking room was changed, I am still happy with the rooms given. There are full set of amenities given and the shared bathroom as well as the washing machine are quite clean as well. It was a pleasant stay as the customer service is always available even when it's late night. They acted quickly to all my problems and were very helpful which I really appreciate a lot! Will definitely stay there again in my next penang trip! They even helped me to solve my piggy bank problem 😭😭😭 soooo helpful , and once again thank you very much for everything that you've provided.

No pictures to share. The location is very good and easy to find. The lounge area is spacious but only has two chairs. The carpet isn't clean enough to sit on. The bathroom is okay, but the toilet isn't clean, and no slippers were provided for the toilet. The pump was broken. The bedsheets and towels smelled sour, as if they hadn't been dried properly. In my opinion, the cube sleeping area is only suitable for small people. Check-in and check-out were easy. Information from the owner was very fast and accurate.

The hotel is very clean, location is excellent and very convenient for getting around, with easy access to many attractions. The only downside is that there are too few socket in the room, making it inconvenient to charge multiple devices. The hair dryer provided is also quite weak and takes a long time to dry hair. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

This accommodation definitely deserves a 5-star review! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The design is modern, stylish, and unique. Everything is spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious! It has everything you need — and even things you wouldn’t expect to find! At first, when I saw the price, I honestly thought maybe it just looked nice in the photos. But the moment I arrived, I was blown away — it looks even more beautiful in real life! 😍 There’s also a gym room downstairs that guests can use for free. Upstairs, the common area has a washing machine and dryer, and even a fridge and kitchen where you can prepare your own food. This place is seriously AMAZING!!! ❤️ For this price, the value is absolutely incredible. I really hope they continue to do well and get more and more guests. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall we are satisfied with this hotel but there are one thing I want to highlight. After check out the lady whom I liased with when I checked in told me that there are a burn mark on the bedsheet & also mattress protector and she will forfeit my deposit of RM50. I then asked my niece who slept on that bed & she said the burn mark was initially there but she doesn’t know that she must inform us about it. I’ve tried to explained to her many times that my 11 years old niece was sleeping on that bed & none of us in that room smoke or using any electrical appliances such as hair iron or curling iron or which non of us have with us so how can we the burn mark appeared there. She kept insisting that it was a fresh burn mark and she won’t let her hotel guests sleep with a burn mark bedsheet. This is totally a scam to us as I travel with my mum, my husband, niece (11 years old) & nephew (10 years old) could caused the damage as claimed. I do not have choices but just accept it as the lady keep saying that my deposit is not even enough to cover. Am not sure why they used such a tactic towards a family with kids and I have never had this problem in my entire booking with Trip.com. It was our mistake that we didn’t check the hotel room condition as we checked in very late - 8:26pm and all of us are really tired from travelling long journey. I’d say it was caused by their own staff which are 2 Bangladeshi guys who handle housekeeping but they blamed it on my family. Of course they won’t admit it as the lady keep saying they won’t provide burn bedsheet. This is totally not fair to me and one of the staff keep insisting me to pay the deposit when I arrived.

Hi. Thank you for hosting us. It was really a wonderful stay. I am especially surprised and warmed by your hospitality. I traveled with 4 young kids (all boys), my elderly mother and my wife. We don't commonly travel because it's always a concern to us, how to make time and space for everybody. But. This time, things are alright and it turned out to be a very smooth and comfortable stay. The place is spacious and just nice for all the 4 kids to roam. The view outside is astonishing and the unit is directly facing east. In the morning, I could actually catch a glimpse of the sunrise. It really makes me understand by sudden, why Penang is named as the jewel of the east. Ya. It was a perfect morning for me then. The room upstairs is specially designed for the kids with warm colours, clean bedsheets, blankets and soft pillows. It's so comfortable, and my kids refuse to leave the room. To my surprise, inside the drawer besides the bed, there are very nice story books for the young minds. Not to mention, the huge TV screen in front of the bed and an even bigger one, downstairs in the living hall.. Ya, there is always something for every different age.. btw, I brought along 2 young minds who are 3 and 5 years old, they had wonderful nights and sound sleep. Ya, it's for those traveling with very young ones, or even the old ones. Ya, the old speaker works really well (with the high ceiling of the living room), when playing a nice morning piano music in the early morning, it's so calm, clear and crisp, and looking out of the window and the vast blue sea. You can temporarily forget about the hassles of life. Thank you again. 👍 Thumbs up

This is a great place to stay. The hotel sent a message with check-in instructions one day in advance. The accommodation is located inside a cafe. The room was large and very clean. The building manager was also lovely. The accommodation is not far from food stalls, shopping malls, and the bus station. It's not deserted at night, which is perfectly fine for a solo female traveler.
