I'd give 5/5 for cleanliness. The room is well maintained. You can also do light cooking like microwave food here. Not only looks like a hotel, but it giving home vibes also. The only problem is the parking tho, limited parking access.

I came here with my wife for diving and stayed here again. I added the boss lady on WeChat when I stayed here last time. This time, the boss lady was busy running around for my wife to dive. I would like to express my gratitude. Because it happened to be the Malay New Year, the boss and the boss lady were gone, and only Master Zhou was watching the store. Many things were troublesome to him. He is a generous and smiling good man. A few days later, the boss came back and had a drink with the boss. As a result, we waived the money for washing clothes and drinking in the past few days. So everyone remember to find the boss to drink in the evening when you come, hahahaha. The hotel hardware is ordinary, mainly the service is good, so I won’t post the hotel pictures, just post the scenery, I wish the boss a prosperous business

The stay overall was satisfactory until the final day, when I encountered a couple of issues that caused significant inconvenience. On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason. To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey. That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.

Very good, the boss's seafood processing tastes super good, the boss's own meals here are also delicious, the seafood processing in town is completely different from here, I can only say that it is two completely different concepts, trust my Lord, the shuttle bus pick-up is very convenient, the sanitary environment is also very good, clean and tidy, the water in the swimming pool is cleaned by robots in the water every day during the day, my children like it very much 😘

Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

The hotel environment is clean and the photos are beautiful. We also saw turtles and schools of fish at night. The hotel provides free snorkeling, glass boats, kayaking, and sea fishing. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Andy's photography skills are really great, and he has been helping with various responses. It was a very pleasant water house experience!

Stayed for one night before the islands. The hotel is nice, clean. You need to take off your shoes inside. You can wear your own clean ones or guest slippers. There is a private area with plants, tables, chairs, sofas. Lots of cats and kittens. The staff is very nice. There is water, yogurt and noodles in the mini-store at the hotel. For breakfast, only small noodles and coffee / tea. You can bring your own food. The atmosphere is homely) everything is very nice

It's actually a homestay rather than a hotel. The entrance is very small. The driver drove around several times and asked people nearby before he found it. But the door lock is automatically locked, so it's still very safe. Change shoes on the first floor, and there is a reception room on the right hand side of the second floor. The reception staff will call the owner to confirm. We didn't see the owner for two days. The floor of the passage is quite clean, but you have to take your luggage upstairs by yourself. The rooms are all on the second floor. The bathroom and shower room are just as described. They are together, and it's no problem for one person to wash standing up. The water temperature and water pressure are also suitable. You need to bring your own toiletries and a mouthwash cup; it's best to prepare toilet paper. It feels that it's not enough for a family to stay for more than 2 days. We didn't ask for more when we brought more. We brought disposable bedding sets ourselves, which is always safer with children. The air conditioner in the family room is not very powerful, and the wind can't be blown down. It's okay to sleep at night. The room card is placed on the bedside table after check-out.

Our host showed us to the room and explained all. Air conditioning units were very good and quiet at night. We didn't watch much TV but it was in perfect condition. Some may say the bed is hard but for me I slept perfectly. Being on the waterfront we had access to all restaurant's cafes and shops. The negatives would be the drain in the kitchen and the bathroom. I suspect these drains are not sanitised. I overcame this problem by putting the bathmat over one and a bin over the other. This negated the smell. Plenty of storage and also a pull out couch for a small child.
