its very strategic location when you transit at kota kinabalu international airport.just 5-8 minutes distance from kota kinabalu international airport to this K avenue when not the traffic jam period.its only Rm6-Rm10 by Grab Car👍 but this time comfy house looks like abit disappointed🤔️ the bathroom is really smell bad and few cockroachs at the basin😨and the one who live to the next door is noisy at midnight time，cant get a good rest for me and my family when we have an early flight at 7am.

I came here with my wife for diving and stayed here again. I added the boss lady on WeChat when I stayed here last time. This time, the boss lady was busy running around for my wife to dive. Many things were troublesome to him. He is a generous and smiling good man. A few days later, the boss came back and had a drink with the boss. The environment of the homestay is warm and clean. Like the picture taken, the mattress is soft and supported. The pillows have two types of heights. Considering it is more comprehensive, it is still very comfortable to sleep. The plug is also compatible with the national standard. There is no need to bring a converter. It is very convenient to charge. Shampoo shower gel is good, you will not feel itchy after washing. The hotel also has a washing machine dryer, and it is very convenient to wash clothes after going to the sea. The overall experience is very good and there is a feeling of being at home.

Overall i enjoy to stay at here. Near to Philippine Market. The room was cozy, spacious and best among the best is the view from the room. Nearby there is KK Plaza which you can buy some groceries at Servay Supermarket. Just a bit disappointed of the customer service the time i check where i asked to assist me to going down to the lobby after they asked me leave the card inside the room. They no even help me/ assist me to going down from floor 22 to lobby as u meed to scan the card inside the lift before enter the number of floor you wanted to go. After keep on waiting for some time luckily there is guest which also will going down to lobby in the lift, so i joined them.

Second time staying here and it's such a pleasure stay. Everything was good, clean, and easy check in instruction which i love the most.

Very good, the shuttle bus is not a shuttle bus, it comes at any time Everywhere feels very considerate, there are mosquito nets and mosquito repellents everywhere, I feel safe if I am afraid of mosquitoes The hotel itself is also nothing to say, swimming and lying in the wind in the afternoon is so comfortable Also, the food in the restaurant is so delicious!!! It feels 10,000 times better than many popular restaurants. A simple stir-fried vegetable can be made so delicious that you can't stop eating. It's amazing. There are many types of breakfast and the juice is delicious In short, it feels perfect, there is nothing to complain about. The only regret is that I only stayed for one night. If I come again next time, I will stay in Mr. Bean for ten days!!!

Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

The hotel environment is clean and the photos are beautiful. We also saw turtles and schools of fish at night. The hotel provides free snorkeling, glass boats, kayaking, and sea fishing. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Andy's photography skills are really great, and he has been helping with various responses. It was a very pleasant water house experience!

The hotel is in a good location. Tower 2 is very close to the pier and can be reached on foot, which is suitable for children who want to play water sports. There are also duty-free shops and Shuguang Department Store nearby, and grab taxis are also very convenient. The room we booked is at the end of the corridor, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. You can see the beautiful sea from the living room and room windows.
