I had an amazing stay at this hostel! My private room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But what really made the experience special was the great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it easy to connect with other travelers. The common area downstairs is spacious, with a playful dog and cat roaming around, as well as games to enjoy. We ended up playing mahjong almost every night. The hostel also has a great location in the 1916 arts district, just a 15-minute walk from the old town. Highly recommended!

This is a great, well-run hostel. It's in the city center, close to various attractions. The management is excellent; you need a key card to enter. The hygiene is top-notch. I've never seen a hostel that provides a large bathrobe for every bed, which subtly encourages good habits among guests. The facilities are impressive, with plenty of dryers. Upstairs, there's an old-school seafood restaurant, and downstairs, an authentic duck vermicelli shop. You're covered for both late-night snacks and proper meals. The lobby has a good selection of beers and coffees. There's a big screen for watching games and various entertainment options like mobile games. They also have private cubicles where you can work quietly. All in all, it definitely meets international hostel standards.

The environment is nice, though it's a bit hard to spot for first-timers, hahaha. It was drizzling, and I almost walked too far (it's actually on a street in P1). They were very considerate of those who came home late or woke up early and needed to shower and blow-dry their hair, which was great! Personally, I'm a night owl, so I'd sit at the table outside the room for a long time to rest. In the early morning, one of the two cats was particularly eager to be petted—so adorable! The quadruple room was quite small, and since I had a short and busy trip, I stayed on the lower bunk. The bed was absolutely perfect—clean and comfortable. Unpacking your suitcase in the room inevitably makes noise, so when I left, I put it on the small balcony outside the door to pack everything. The locker provided, which opens with the room card, was also quite noisy, so I didn't use it much (sweat). When I checked in, they added the youth hostel on WeChat and sent me a lot of anti-fraud information and other Xiamen-related information. I went to a satay noodle shop recommended by the youth hostel, and it was delicious! It’s not sky-high priced. I bought it for a little over 22 yuan on Dianping.com, and after having plenty of toppings and refills on the noodles, I was very full.

The overall room facilities are pretty clean and decent. For the price, it's really good value for money. They did an excellent job with the hygiene in hard-to-reach areas. Thank you! The customer service was also great.

The room for 4 people was not noisy, and the boss was very nice. Xiang introduced in detail how to travel, the surroundings of the hotel, restaurants, how to travel by bus, how to go to scenic spots, how to take the train, and how to take the bus. I took the Wuyishan bus for free when I traveled. , regardless of locals, foreigners, adults and senior citizens, free of charge.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and overall it was great. Of course, you meet some rather…peculiar people. The owner of the shoes was even more difficult and 'flavorful' than her shoes. Let's call her – The Upstairs Bunk Double-Standard Dorm Monitor, and here's the story: “I arrived at the hostel a little after 11 PM. After my upstairs bunkmate and I both finished showering, we returned to our respective beds. I immediately started organizing the contents of my backpack, which were simple: clothes and disposable toiletries. The whole process took less than five minutes, but during this time, my bunkmate started making various impatient noises, expressing her displeasure with ‘you’re too loud’ and other small actions and sounds. I immediately put down what I was doing and lay down. Even then, she continued to toss and turn and grumble from above. To be honest, the car noises from outside the window and other people showering in the bathroom were much louder than any sound I made. Even after midnight, someone in the room made a phone call with their ringer on, and I didn't see her being so 'righteous' then (though I can't rule out the possibility that she was the one making the noise, as I really couldn't tell the difference). What's even funnier is that after she 'reminded' me, she herself was watching videos and laughing… Even funnier than her herself is that the Upstairs Bunk Double-Standard Dorm Monitor started her noisy ruckus the next morning around 6 AM. Her entire morning routine lasted twenty minutes, and the scene could be described as incredibly lively. Perhaps the Upstairs Bunk Double-Standard Dorm Monitor had a more important future to rush to, so she couldn't bother with her own double standards 🥹

The location of this hotel is very good. From the pier, pull the suitcase along the flat trail by the sea. Just walk two or three hundred meters and turn to the hotel. You don’t need to climb the slope to pull your luggage. It is very convenient to stay. The equipment is quite complete. The most important thing is to go shopping on the island and many well-known fights. Card attractions walk, morning dusk night is very convenient and suitable, very recommended to everyone

I met some really lovely and friendly people here. The kindest and most generous I’ve met anywhere on my travels. I miss them all ❤️ Highly recommended!

The owner take me to the another places at 13th floor (among 500 meters near the old place). In here very amazing, you can see the big square downside and firework. Have a lot of restaurant and supermarket around. Room is big, no smell, have hair dryer and boiling water. From airport, go by DiDi taxi ~20¥

I lived in a female double room. The room was very large. I could fully spread out a 24-inch box for my roommate and a 26-inch box. After the suitcase was opened, there was a lot of space near the bed. The floor was very clean. Air conditioning, shower room was also very large, and the roommate I met was very cute. It is a youth trip with a good experience. I think Fuzhou can achieve this level. I think it is very good. The public area is clean and tidy, there are many delicious foods nearby, it is convenient to take a taxi, the takeaway is delivered quickly, the pillows have no smell, and the quilt is refreshing. The point that may mind is that the female double room is at the beginning of the male area. You have to go through the public area to wash and shit. Because as soon as the door is opened in the afternoon, there are boys sitting there eating takeaway or resting or studying. It feels a bit embarrassing to come back from the bath. Around 11:30, there were boys calling in the public area at the door. The sound was obvious, but it was quiet after 12 o'clock and was not awakened by other noises. It's always very good, if the women's doubles can be happier in the women's area, I look forward to playing next time.
