This youth hostel is the most comfortable and cleanest place I've ever stayed. I really want to stay in Hangzhou. The weather has been great these days. It's so comfortable to bask in the sun on the big terrace. The front desk guys are so gentle. If you have any questions, just send a WeChat message and they will help you solve them. The service is perfect! The facilities are also very complete!

It's a youth hostel, so I guess you get what you pay for-- general pros and cons of a general hostel/capsule hotel applies. ' However, I must say that the service is exceptional. Initially, I didn't quite enjoy my stay there due to the corridors smelling abit weird, (plus Hangzhou having a general issue of cigarette smoke being almost everywhere) plus all the other cons of a typical capsule hotel, plus other miscellaneous issues such as the laundry machine also relying on having an alipay WALLET, (which, as a foreigner, I did not have) or my locker having issues, but, the staff at the hostel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping me find a way to get my laundry done, my locker fixed. I felt that they knew what they were doing and I didn't feel too worried my entire time there. The staff also were very helpful in giving directions, recommending food, and even with parcel collection. I am not really quite sure what else to say here, I just felt that they were super friendly and sweet, and willing to help with any queries I had. (Once again, thank you so much, if you guys are reading this, I literally cannot stress this enough, thank you, thank you for helping me, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable) Additionally, the vibe there is amazing. Although I came with low expectations and no intention to make friends, I somehow (credit to my travel buddy) made many new friends and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them, speaking with them, overall interaction. The whole place just has this nice chill vibe and they've also got lots of games there, and a nice pool table. The concert night was quite fun too, got to see a nice rendition of 后来 (刘若英/Rene Liu) by one of the performers. Perhaps I'd do it again.

The facilities are quite complete, with washing machines and dryers, and the environment is pretty good. An auntie comes to clean every day. There is also a takeaway cabinet at the door, which is quite convenient. Recommended

I stayed 4 nights in 4 female bed room and it was lovely. My roommates were very respectful. The room had everything I needed, except for towels, but you can purchase disposable ones from the machine and they were okay! The terrace in the hostel had such a cool vibe. I ordered food online and then ate it on the terrace which was lovely. They also organise different kind of events, karaoke nights, movie nights etc. So cool! The hostel is easy to find, the metro station is literally 4 minute walk. There are plenty of shops Family Mart, Lawsons and pharmacies nearby. A lot of places to eat within walking distance. Really convenient location! I cycled only 20 minutes to West lake scenic area and then walked back which took me less than 50 minutes but was a pleasant and easy walking route. I would highly recommend staying here if you are on a low budget and don't mind sharing space. Bathroom was gender mixed but very clean and no issues there! I'd stay here again definitely! 😍

This room is peefect for friends, your own bedroom with a shared bathroom between you, there were 2 of us this time but 2 couples or 4 friends could also share easily. The hotel is lovely and staff very helpful, my second time to stat and I would again.

The owner Xiaohuai was very enthusiastic and picked me up as soon as I left the pier. He explained various things about Mount Putuo along the way, and also explained the daily itinerary based on the number of days I had, which was very considerate. The location is not far from the pier, just a few minutes' walk away. The room is clean and disposable bath towels and brushes are provided. The hotel location is also very close to Puji Temple. Overall very good. On the last day after leaving Luojia Mountain, Xiaohuai even delivered the luggage to the pier, which was great.

The subway in Hangzhou is the fastest and most convenient I have ever seen. Whether it is the station design or the speed, it is a perfect PK with Shenzhen's Bull Cart Subway. The Youth Hostel is behind Dragon Heart. It is easy to find. The basic facilities are complete. There are cave beds with privacy curtains inside. Each bed is equipped with a bed lamp and a charging socket. The dormitory is very quiet. The lockers are very large. You can swipe the room card, but you can't lock it after swiping it. It is recommended to keep valuables close to you. The overall price is reasonable. During the May Day holiday, 90% of the Youth Hostels and B&Bs in most cities will increase... I booked it in advance, so the price is affordable. The only thing I feel is that their management needs to be improved. For example, even if I booked the room card for two days in a row, I still needed to go to the front desk to update it the next day. There are hot and cold water dispensers on the first floor, and there are also vending machines to buy mineral water. I feel that the prices in Hangzhou are slightly high, and there are fewer delicacies. You can still find food if you look for it, but the city is very pleasant. The music performances are better than the movie-watching experience in Shanghai. It is a relatively comfortable and relaxing place, especially when it rains on the West Lake. I think this is a bit like Chengdu... except that the bars haven't been discovered. I went to Lingyin Temple and the ticket was 45 yuan. Looking at the vegetarian meal menu... it's indeed less cost-effective than the vegetarian meal at Nanputuo Temple in Xiamen. All in all, it's a place where you can easily lose money... I only stayed there for two days and didn't visit many attractions. I feel that if I avoided the May Day holiday and stayed in a youth hostel like this and went out with friends on the subway, I could still spend several days comfortably in those places in Hangzhou. I didn't take many pictures. I'll just put the gifts I brought for my family and the photos of the concert hall.

Jackson has been a wonderful host. I'm well looked after by him. Maquewo is conveniently located. 150 meters from metro and 400 meters from the Drum Tower where a lot of eating places are. Moreover , Moon Lake and Tianyi square are within walking distance. I enjoyed the hospitality they extended to me. Shall be my first choice when coming back.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, it was very nice! After going upstairs, I changed into slippers first. Everyone who checked in wore slippers. The room was very tidy and the quilt cover was made by oneself. Although the bathroom was public, it was very spacious and very clean. The check-in experience was very good. There were snacks around. It was close to The 1314 bus stop is also not far away, the first choice for visiting West Lake!

終於來到了心心念的紹興和小森林環保旅舍，早就聽説這家是國內青旅的天花板。這次，我在女生六人床位房302-4連住了4晚，這是我喜歡的好青旅的樣子，是我個人目前在國內住過的青旅中的第一名。 從魯迅故里地鐵站A2出入口出站，往前走，步行約3分鐘，在小河的左邊風雨廊亭處有着紹興特色的銅質雕塑位置拐個彎，就見到了懸掛南迦書房和旅舍招牌的這棟樓。 青旅是一棟三層沒有電梯的樓房，是書房+民謠吧+青旅的經營模式，對我來説，旅途中，能在青旅安安靜靜讀到一本好書，也是一件幸福的事情。 斯斯文文的小女生管家温柔耐心地告知我一系列事項: 房間床位，專用的拖鞋，帶鎖的儲物櫃，免費早餐位置，免費網絡，微信聯繫方式等等。剛好有整理乾淨了的床位，我中午12點就入住了。看到保潔人員正在三樓走廊公區清理垃圾，我主動向她問好。到處乾乾淨淨的，簡潔明亮，温馨舒適，房間裏有廁所和淋浴間，設施齊全，性價比太高啦。 步行到附近魯迅故里景區逛了整整一下午，誰知當天晚上就遇到了兩個問題，一是衞生間的門從裏面無法鎖緊，二是我洗着澡，淋浴間下水道堵了，真是令人煩心。我發訊息告訴了管家，她及時周到地解決問題的態度和方式感動了我，作為旅客，我覺得我的需求和感受被細心呵護到。經營青旅不易，店家是有用心和熱愛，才會把問題處理及溝通做到如此妥貼。 還有很多令人愉悦的細節: 智能馬桶圈，帶增壓的淋浴噴頭，免費的冷熱水，好喝的紅棗豆漿，自助小櫃子實用好物，床位軟包靠背，留言交流冊，行李寄存等等。 如果你正計劃去紹興旅行，想要尋一處經濟又安心的住處，請毫不猶豫地選擇小森林，你將會收穫一份美好，來就對了！ 紹興人傑地靈，古韻悠然，四天裏我遊覽了魯迅故里，書聖故里，蔡元培故居，孑民圖書館，八字橋，倉橋直街，西小路歷史街區，氣象博物館，紹興博物館，徐渭藝術館，紹興師爺館等，都是免費景點，還有一些收費景點下次再去，這是一個值得你慢下來好好欣賞的小城。 紹興，小森林，我們後會有期！

住了一晚。很滿意！老闆管理特別好，很規範！老闆服務也很好。我早上就退房了，還同意我寄存拉桿箱到下午。特別感謝！小房間裏還有有線電視。很不錯。門口就有公交到火車站。

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. It is easy to wash and there are relevant cleaning staff. The bed sheets are changed for each guest and are relatively clean and tidy. There is also a tourist attraction next to the hotel. There are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. on the roadside of the hotel. In terms of transportation, there is a direct bus and it is not far from the bus station. The overall economy is affordable and the accommodation is excellent.

非常乾淨，很小眾又很小清新，適合有格調且喜歡安靜的個人旅行，下次來寧波還是會選擇住在這裏啊，老闆娘還送了橙子，吃了一個蠻甜的，大家不要浪費好吧，不吃還給人家，唯一有一點點毛病就是不知道為什麼沒有熱水了，放了十分鐘也還是沒有，其他的沒毛病，放心沖，而且離哪裡都近
