I wish I could give this place a hundred stars! The service here is already better than other hostels in the same price range, and the whole place smells amazing, even the bedding. In the evenings, there's live music, and during the day, you can watch sports or movies. The hostel's location is also excellent, not far from West Lake, and it seems there's even a night market nearby. Then, after checking out, I realized my Apple Pencil was missing. I messaged the hostel, and they actually found it for me! And they weren't impatient or anything. I truly, truly love this place! Since it's a chain, I'm definitely sticking with 'Backpackers Ten Years' from now on! 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Facilities: The basic facilities are complete. Although the decor is a bit old-fashioned, it's kept spotlessly clean, with an auntie constantly cleaning. Service: I was reminded that a deposit was required, but we managed to resolve the issue through negotiation. The front desk staff had a good attitude. Location: It's also very convenient, located in a place called Yujintai, not far from Exit E4 of Qianjiang Century City, making it very easy to find.

The only good thing: the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the subway station. The front desk ladies were super friendly. There was also a cute dog. However, the accommodation area was very poorly managed. The dorms weren't separated by gender, and the soundproofing was terrible; you could clearly hear conversations from the next room. People in the hallway were loud, with men staying up late and making noise, and someone coughing early in the morning. The doors also slammed shut with a loud bang every time you closed them. Overall, the common areas felt quite chaotic.

On the shores of West Lake, I found a hostel I'd happily return to again and again. To be honest, the name initially caught my attention. But after staying there, I realized the details are what truly make you want to stay. 🛏 Cleanliness: Linens are changed for each guest, and the duvets smell like sunshine. The shower rooms are wet/dry separated, so there's no standing water after showering. 🚽 Surprise: A smart toilet! That's a top-tier amenity for a hostel at this price point. 🎸 Atmosphere: In the evenings, you can hear guitar music in the common area. If you don't feel like socializing, you can just relax and listen to the music. If you want to chat, someone will naturally join in. No one judges you; it's very laid-back. 📍 Location: Right by West Lake, within walking distance, and surrounded by plenty of food options. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll definitely stay at 'Jian Zhi Er Qi' again.

The environment here is great, and the facilities are very comprehensive. There's a laundry room with a dryer available, which is really convenient. The location is excellent, very close to in77, and there are shared bikes right outside. It's also near Jixian Pavilion, offering beautiful scenery.

The zoo is not far away and the bus station is within walking distance. The facilities are pretty good. You can refer to the pictures.

Close to the station, more convenient

This youth travel experience is full of surprises! The location of the hostel is excellent and it is super convenient to go to various attractions. The multi-person room is clean and tidy, the bed is private, and the lockers are safe and practical. The public area design is young, the book bar and the game area have a relaxed atmosphere, and the movie screening at night is super loving! The front desk brother is warm and humorous, and introduces the surrounding food guides in detail. The bathroom has 24 hours hot water and the cleaning aunt cleans it at any time. Very cost-effective, suitable for backpackers and student parties, traveling alone can also harvest full of warmth and laughter, strong Amway for young people who love socializing!

I was really satisfied with the room; it offered great value for money. This guesthouse is quite unique, located within an ancient building. Best of all, there was no formaldehyde smell from renovations, which I'm very sensitive to. While it might be a bit old and small, the overall experience was excellent. They even have their own restaurant, which hosts events every night at 9 PM, like movie screenings, dancing, and releasing river lanterns. The value here is truly unbeatable. Plus, the location is superb – just a 3-minute walk to Lu Xun's Former Residence, right within the scenic area. Highly recommend it, it's really good!

Check-in staff and in house staff were really patient, respectful, and helpful. Asked them for direction and they kindly searched for it. This is a dormitory style homestay with shared room and bathroom. We stay in a private room with a private bathroom and toilet.Has hot water with good pressure. Non smoking room. Room is clean but mattress is really old and should be replaced. The tatami layout is nice with a simple sitting area.Recommend for owner to install more clothes hanging hooks for convenience. No tv in room. They have a large common area with regular and hot water dispenser. Many table and chairs for use. Location is far from city centre but within 10km by metro.
