If you’re staying here, be considerate and respectful of others. It’s not that hard. And take your conversations to the lobby hangout areas. Not the bedrooms. The bunkmates did not have common consideration for other people trying to sleep. Slamming doors, leaving windows open in freezing weather, girl talking loudly on the phone, etc. Some guy was being loud and opened my curtain while I’m trying to sleep. Reception staff is extremely friendly but what I mentioned above they should tell to every guest because it was a disappointing experience. Also no towels for the showers. You have to bring your own.

The hostel is tucked away in a small alley in the rather chaotic neighborhood of Omonia. There's graffiti everywhere, and there are crowds of people, which might be intimidating for women arriving at night. The hostel itself is nice, offering a free drink and a great terrace bar with views of the Acropolis. The rooms have lockers and bathrooms. My roommates were two Germans, very talkative, and we had some interesting conversations. The location is also quite good. There's a bar-restaurant called Casba on the main street, which I highly recommend. It's inexpensive and delicious. A glass of mixed juice was only 2 euros, much better than the one across the street.

If I come to Greece again, this accommodation will still be my favorite choice. A clean public space where you can relax your mind and chat with other travelers. Close to the subway station, good location! You can see the quiet Greek Acropolis from the top floor!

The hostel is located 15 minutes from the Monastiraki metro station. The hostel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, it needs to be booked a day in advance. The hostel itself occupies the entire entrance to the roof. There is a bar on the roof and a large terrace on all sides of the building. They remove badly. The hostel is dirty, no one really cleaned the showers, only the garbage will be taken out and the floor will be wiped. The bed linen has already been made, only sheets from the blanket. From the air conditioner and the window was blowing, there was nothing to hide. The pillows are very uncomfortable and damp. Slept without a pillow and ended up wearing a sweatshirt. The room was large, but crowded with beds. I don’t know why it happened, my neighbors from the USA and Australia practically didn’t go anywhere and generally stayed in the room all day. They fell asleep and vomited. Why the stench in the room was incredible from sweat, stuffiness, vomit. The shower bath is always stuffy and damp, there is a small window. Drawers for things are located right next to the shower door, which makes it very inconvenient to use them, they are far from the beds. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, I had a fumigator with me, it helped. All night people went back and forth, I practically did not sleep, every day I was broken. They give you a free shot upon check-in. Prices at the bar are moderate, aperol and mojito for 8 euros. The breakfast is rich, there are eggs and fruits, bread, jam and oatmeal, payment at the bar on the same floor. Free drinking water at the bar, it's convenient to fill the bottle. It was unpleasant to be in the room, so after sightseeing I sat in the lounge area, where the kitchen is. Worked there, wi-fi catches well. You can order dinner in the kitchen, I have never taken it, but I saw it, they say that it is tasty and convenient, you don’t have to go anywhere. They rent towels. The area itself is located somewhere in the backyard, it’s very scary to walk in the evening, there are only construction sites, abandoned buildings, parking lots and Pakistani-Indian establishments around. There are no women walking around the area at all. The photo is a view from the roof.
not bad. The staff environment is OK. Recommend it. Good location. Easy to eat. Not far from walking. Safety is quite satisfactory. The block is a bit shabby, but it is still safe.

Very good, the room is clean, the location is very good, very close to the Acropolis. Breakfast here is average, 6, 7 euros, and does not contain drinks. I personally feel that it is not worth it, but most of the surroundings are at this price.

The location of hostel is pretty good. Everything is like 5 minutes walk away. . Hostel staff is really nice and thats all about it. . Rest of the things are below average. . need to work on cleanliness.
I was helped very well by the man at the reception. The room was clean and reasonably sized; nice to have a shower and toilet in the room. Easily accessible from the metro.

This is strategically located close to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and bright, decorated with a strong Mediterranean style, complete facilities and very comfortable. The staff is warm and professional, the service is thoughtful, and you feel at home during your stay. It was a very satisfying stay experience and highly recommended to friends who travel to Greece.

AAnonymous UserLocation is convenient from Omonia station. good walking distance to acropolis and main center.
The front desk staff are friendly and nice. There’s a lift but small flight of stairs up, also with assisted stairclimber.
Nice pantry area to gather and make friends, or cook if you want.
I booked a private room and while it’s a very huge size, there’s not much in the room. No desk, no hairdryer.
The lockers are stacked on top of each other. In theory it’s ok, but what about shorter people? Why would I need lockers for a private room? (I know it’s a hostel yes, but this is a private twin room.) it should have been like a small hanging wardrobe or if the lockers need to be there it should be side by side on the floor.
I also didn’t like the toilet is just one massive room. No sections for showering. The water just gets to the toilet bowl side easily. There should at least have been an elevated shower pedestal so water is kept in that area.
I understand that this is a hostel, but for private rooms, shouldn’t it feel more like a hotel or Airbnb? Which should have basic things like a hairdryer etc (they don’t).
Not very thoughtful when it comes to housekeeping - my toilet roll ran out, and they didn’t replace it. I dropped my towel on the floor to be replaced, it was hung back on the rack. It’s a dirty towel!
Overall very disappointing with the light touches of the hotel. I didn’t spend cheap money for this, should have looked around more for what I paid.

Nnabiki2The location is very close to a main square and many streets lined with restaurants, also walkable to important sites. The location also provides a nice view from the rooftop bar (see the photo). The location is great! I marked the it low because being so central and close to all the main restaurants and bars also meant that there were extremely loud drunk people yelling in the street all night long. Bring your ear plugs or find somewhere that’s slightly farther away from the main drag. Clean and tidy, somewhat comfortable, there are lockers in the room if you bring your own lock. If you plan to drop off your bag before check in or leave it after, there are storage lockers for a fee that are somewhat confusing to operate. The front desk attendant assisted me.
FFauxkingphilThis has been a top fave hostel. Great location, super friendly staff and a great bunch of people. Very friendly atmosphere, had an absolute awesome stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer..
GGuest UserThe boss is a young man, very talkative. I was very tired after a night flight. The check-in time was originally scheduled for the afternoon, but I arrived early in the morning. I contacted Ctrip, and the customer helped me contact the boss, who quickly cleaned the room for me to check in and rest. Thank you very much! This kind of timely help is really needed when you are abroad!

GGuest UserFree coffee and pastries at the bar at all times. Receptionist (when there) is very helpful in providing directions and things to do in a short time I stayed at Athens. Rooms were spacious and clean. I believe the hotel is new as the rooms and the hotel itself looks very clean and nice.
