"This is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm."

Guest UserThe hotel owner, an older sister, is incredibly kind and caring. My brother didn't return to the hotel that day, and when she couldn't reach him, she called the police. When she found him, he had already been in an accident and was in a semi-conscious state. She kept in touch with me, took my brother to the hospital for examination, arranged a ward and doctors, and even helped find a caregiver and contacted embassy staff. She truly is my brother's savior! When my brother's parents went to Surabaya, she also arranged their airport pickup and helped take care of them. She's such a wonderful person! (And her Chinese is excellent!)

JANNATUL KHOIRIYAHEverything was great, except for the bathroom facilities. There was no hook for towels, no hairdryer, and the sink was clogged.
The restaurant's main course menu offered a good variety and the food tasted delicious. However, the dessert and drink options were limited and not very flavorful, in my personal opinion.
Suggestion: It would be even better if there was a spot on the rooftop to watch the sunrise and sunset.

I highly recommend this hostel which has the best facilities I have ever seen so far. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Bath gel and towels are provided. A fully furnished kitchen is also available as well as water refill and coffee and tea. I should also add that the reception team is absolutely amazing, always ready to help if you have any questions or worries!!! So try this place you won’t regret it . ijen mountain entrance is an hour away by motorbike.

Hung Hiu TungA very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.

Guest UserI've stayed at many hostels while traveling around the world, and this is the best. The Snooze Malang staff, in particular, are even more dedicated to service than other Snooze teams. They welcome guests warmly and are always ready to help. The garden is peaceful and beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby, and even a small traditional market is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring. It's also within walking distance of the train station. Although it's a hostel, it's a quiet place to rest. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is weak. They clean the rooms daily and even every other minute, and they even lift the beds to clean them daily. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean, the boss is very nice, both are very nice, the location is very convenient, very close to the train station, suitable for friends who are going to Ijen next stop. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here, and I will choose here next time I come to Malang. Oh, by the way, the laundry service here is really good, the clothes are fragrant, folded neatly, and packed well in bags. The price is very cheap, only 6 yuan per kilogram 😆

I had a very pleasant stay at Snooze. The facilities are very complete. The kitchen has a stove and plenty of kitchenware that guests can use. Plates and glasses are also fully provided. They offer free coffee and tea, and there is even ice and a refrigerator available.
Even after checkout, they allow guests to continue using shared facilities like the toilet, shower, and common area, which is very convenient.
They also offer car and motorcycle rentals, as well as trips to Ijen and another place 😍
The staff welcomed us very kindly.
I will definitely come back.

A warm and welcoming place to stay, run as a family business. You will meet the owner’s mother, sister, and the owner themselves—all lovely and very friendly.
The rooms feature brand-new, spacious beds that are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, with a strong sense of local community and rice fields all around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and heartfelt service that makes you feel like part of the family. You’ll thank me later.
