We booked a whole sconto, everything worked without problems. Super nice service, free towels, as well as free tea/cafe and fruit. Room was clean, good size and everything was very uncomplicated. Super were the sticks on each bed with additional USB and USB connection, so you don't need a adapter. We also had breakfast incl. , rather smaller buffet, but perfectly enough and delicious for the price. The mattresses are our only defects, which were very hard.

Very good hostel experience overall. The place has everything a traveler might need: parking available, a very good continental breakfast, and common areas that are comfortable and well maintained. The location is excelent near the beach and a bus stop is in front of the hostel. You can arrive there a few minutes from the city center. The staff were friendly and professional. I had a small issue when another guest mistakenly took my assigned bed in the dorm, but the receptionist handled the situation quickly and changed the sheets so I could use my bed without any problem. The hostel was also very busy during St. Patrick’s weekend, yet the staff still managed things well. I appreciated their help and organization. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option when visiting Galway.

The experience was excellent, good breakfast and for me I can safe much money because I stayed in city centre and also they provide fruits, coffee and tea as a complementary. Common room is so comfy, play piano and guitar and fast wifi too! It’s so nice for travelers!

Very good location, you can see the Christmas market and then it is very close to the train station. It takes a few minutes to walk, but it is a bit noisy near the bar. Breakfast is ok

The front desk service is very good, the room is satisfied, the window is very good to the park, the supermarket downstairs is convenient for shopping, the overall feeling is not 4 star hotel level, the price is a bit expensive.
