We had a great stay! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms and the place was clean. We arrived at the start of winter season, not too many guests so we had the place almost to ourselves. The amenities was great, they had a lot of DVDs for entertainment, and the common kitchen was clean and well maintained. We also ate at the cafe which was delicious. The location was walking distance to the groceries, the tourist information center and other eateries. Overall a great stay!

GGuest UserReception is unfriendly - we arrived at 5:04 p.m. and had to call because reception is open until 5 p.m. So we had to call because we couldn't find the email (about opening the gate and other instructions). She seemed very annoyed! The house and the location are very nice and clean. But also showing its age - the kitchen and bathroom are in need of renovation.

RRobertI stopped here just because I was tired of driving. There are a bunch of restaurants around and a supermarket, so in that sense, the location is good, but I don't think there is much interesting in the proximity.
The room was great: very clean, spacious, the shower was clean and the towels smelled fresh. Even the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were very nice, not like the regular cheap stuff you get. So all in all a great place to have a rest.

GGuest UserThe grandfathers and grandmothers at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the oversized jacuzzi, the parking space is just right, can stop. There are also many Chinese restaurants in the town, which is very good as the middle station for self-driving.

GGuest UserBig spaced and one bedroom, check in was smooth. Very much enjoyed our stay, did regret not booking another night while in the region. Definitely will be staying here again when we pass through Palmerston North. So close to the town centre within walking distance to super market, takeaways and the town Mall. Love it. Comfortable beds and smelt clean 🙂

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at this motel - it was basic but met all our needs. Very clean. Comfortable beds and walking distance to town. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and there were lovely personal touches such as fudge on arrival - very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

HHuanghunxingchenThe room basically meets the travel needs, opposite the stadium, the city is also very close, it is very convenient to go anywhere.
Room service The front desk is very warm, but there is no customer service staff after 9 or 10 o'clock. If there is a requirement to add a quilt, you can solve it yourself.
The water flow in the shower is a bit small and other aspects are OK.
Overall it's OK.
