[The Good] Strategic Location: Perfect for a layover. Very close to the airport, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Cleanliness: The rooms are well-maintained and cleaner than I expected for a hostel. [The Bad] Cold Shower: Please note that there is no hot water. Be prepared for a cold shower. Bedding & Temperature Control: The room only has a fan, which was not a problem itself. However, they only provide a very thin sheet as a blanket. Even with just a fan, it felt quite cold at night, and the thin sheet wasn't enough to keep me warm. [Verdict] A solid, cost-effective choice for a short stay near the airport if you don't mind cold showers and bring an extra layer for sleep.

The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!

This is an excellent hostel! I've only stayed in a few hostels before, once in Barcelona and once in Manila. This Japanese-style hostel is incredibly clean and tidy. Each room only accommodates four people and has key card access. There are also large individual lockers. I was lucky to have quiet roommates, so I slept very well. By the way, the beds are really soft. The common areas are great, with a dedicated workspace and a media room. The bathrooms and toilets all have individual stalls, and there are plenty of them, so you don't have to worry about waiting even when it's busy. It's very close to the airport; a taxi ride there in the morning cost about 210 pesos. It's also near Mall of Asia, about a 20-minute walk away. It’s a nice stroll, and you can catch the stunning Manila Bay sunset there around dusk.

I stayed here on the first day of my backpacking trip. They kindly held my luggage for me even before check-in time, which was a huge help. The area around the hostel is very lively, and it really buzzes on weekend nights. There are tons of clubs and bars, though it felt like there weren't as many dining options. It was quite an intense start to my solo trip! The area seemed safe; I didn't experience anyone trying to scam me or rip me off.

I book a shared-room for a few week days. The room is generally clean. I've had an issue with shower heater not heating up and shower room ventilation is not really good in my booked room. I politely informed them about it so I hope the hotel admin put effort removing molds on the 2F shower room ceiling. I appreciate the roomkeeppers for being so helpful and the duty guards for the safe stay. Makati is generally safe but they make it extra with security. Overall, I will still consider the place for short-term budget stays but manage your expectations.

I arrived at 8pm at the hostel and I was warmly welcomed by the front desk officer. They offered me to get a free late check-in cocktails from the bar. This hostel is a perfect fit for solo travelers with budget. I slept in the 8-bed mixed dorm room and the size is quite huge for its price. I was the last guest in that room and everyone was really nice welcoming me. I got new friends from different part of the world such as Russia, Taiwan, The USA and Kenya. As Indonesian who is extremely extroverted, I am really happy with my kind roommate. The toilet is dry and there’s a curtain that separates the shower. You have to bring your own soap and shampoo or you can purchase them in the lobby. They provide towels but you should ask for it when you do the check in. The light breakfast and free drinks at 6 to 7pm everyday is the highlight of this hostel. If I am going back to Manila, I will definitely stay here again!

I had a one-night transit, so I chose this place to rest. The staff were enthusiastic, and the location was convenient for getting around, however, the soundproofing was poor, so it was a bit noisy (the hotel provided earplugs). Overall, it was quite good and more comfortable than the airport.

Good place to stay on a budget. It’s a bit far from the main spots, but everything is still easy to reach. The only downside is that there’s no Wi-Fi in the room, but they do let you know about that before booking.

The place is clean and organized. There's shampoo and body soap but make sure to bring conditioner. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided but they sell them for a cheap price. Overall my stay was good. I checked in very late and they give step by step instructions on how to self check-in. Did not get a good sleep tho because one lady in the shared room I booked in was snoring loudly which was distracting (not the hostel's fault lol).

GGuest UserThe place is okay. The person at the lobby was also kind. There are just a lot of potholes on the road if you walk from the MRT.

AAnonymous UserIt was a very nice stay. I also loved that this room was the biggest one I’ve tried in the same branch—and the cleanest too. The Wi-Fi was really fast, so I was able to do some work calls and meetings without any issues. The bed was very comfortable as well. I remember we overslept during the stay until 12 noon. We didn’t get a reminder call via the landline, and instead someone politely knocked on the door. We also received a call on the phone, but it was on silent, so we didn’t get any notifications. They then told us we could extend until 2 PM, with ₱300 deducted from the ₱1,500 down payment. The black box wasn’t working, though I wasn’t really planning to use it—I just tried it out. The bathroom was a decent size for one person (so no bathroom romance haha). Overall, it was a great stay.

AAnonymous UserA very good location in this ugly city. Though it was hard to find it. The room is small, service is good. The girls in the room were very friendly. I tried to use public buses nearby and failed, they didn't stop at the ”bus stop area”, wasted time. So only used metro

CCambrianThe staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well. The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods. They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u. Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order. The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed. Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider.

DDzhentaoAmazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time.
