For the price you get what you pay. My stay was good and the location is perfect i just had bad roommates who made way too much noise. I stayed in many hostels and the people were always respectful idk why this time they weren’t but because of the noise I couldn’t enjoy much sleep and i was always tired. There are only two bathrooms (toilets and showers) shared for 4 dorms i think, you have to buy your own shampoo and shower gel and bring a towel, i had a microfiber one. Overall it was okay maybe a bit inconvenient with the bathroom

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

stayed at this hostel twice in late December and it was a great experience for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the entire place was very clean which made it easy to get some good rest. I really liked the location because it is within walking distance of the Warszawa Zachodnia station and there are trams to the city center right outside the door. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the 24 hour reception made the check in process very simple. It is definitely one of the best budget options in Warsaw if you want something reliable and well located.

Great location, close to the very walkable Nowy Świat avenue which leads all the way to the Old Town. Facilities were very clean and quite nice. One complaint - walls are thin, so you will be hearing noise from the main corridor (where the reception desk lies) and adjacent rooms.

It was clean and well managed and very comfortable. The room itself is small, but I was tired with a very clean and comfortable bed. 2 I stayed, but 2 I stayed at the night and the other people who were noisy and strong, but when I told the front desk, I changed the room and I was able to stay in a room that was easy to spend. I was saved. When I was resting on the balcony, I was impatient when I was locked from the inside and couldn't get inside, but when I called the hotel, I was able to call it immediately, so there was no problem. The atmosphere around the hotel was different in the morning and night, but the surrounding air was good in the morning and night, and if I came here again, I would like to choose a hotel again!

self-service check-in worked very well, instead of staying at the airport during the night for a flight early in the morning, I could sleep some hours and take a shower

In order to catch up with the Jennifer Lopez concert the next day, I specially chose the evening flight to Warsaw, and also booked the pick-up service in advance of Trip.com , hoping to rest at the hostel early. As a result, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening, the doorway was dimly lit, and the password lock could not be seen. The hostel was slow to respond, and I finally entered the building, but because I couldn't use the old-fashioned elevator, I could take the stairs, or the kind of slow-walking automatic lights off... I was really scared in the dark. I retreated outside and continued to contact customer service. When the hostel staff appeared, I didn't expect to come up and yell at me, even pointing at my nose to shut me up. I blocked his finger and told him that I wanted to rest early and didn't want to say more. It was almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. . I was looking forward to this trip, but I encountered this scene in Warsaw late at night. 🥲 In addition to the bad service attitude of the big man on the night shift on July 24, the other 2 employees are good, the room hygiene is OK, I will not give the hostel malicious bad reviews because of this bad big man, but I hope that the friends who stay at night are still good for lightning protection. The building is really scary at night, there are photos to check.

good point There are many restaurants around There is a train station within a short walk, and major sightseeing spots can be reached within a 20-minute walk. Bathroom, toilet and room are clean bad point No elevator, you have to climb stairs to the reception on the 3rd floor There are many restaurants around, so if you open the window, you can hear noise and loud music until midnight (not the hostel's fault, but it was especially noisy on Friday). room is small Hairdryers can be borrowed at the reception You need to leave a deposit of 5 euros (or Polish zloty) at check-in, so be careful if you only carry a card.

The room I lived in was not in the front desk building, and there was no smile at the front desk. The old city was full of large crossroads. It was very difficult to walk with luggage. Uber could not reach the door of the hotel. But it is very convenient to several attractions

The house is fully equiped and the the staff keep it very tidy and Clean. I stayed in a bunked bed (top bed) and the bed was not looking very stable, but it was confortable. Despite of the staff not speak english very well, they try to help all the time in all aspect. The location is a bit far away from City center, for who stays for turism, but if you have to stay for a few days and want something more chill, I highly recomend it.

YYogesh KaliaIts a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

AAnonymous UserThe girls at the reception are so unfriendly. You won't ask them anything extra, which is very unusual. Usually even the worst hostel can be saved by great friendly staff. Next. They gave me a walk-through room. That is, I deliberately chose a room with fewer beds to feel safe. But while I'm sleeping, strangers literally walk past me and my things🤡 I closed the door to the room several times, but each time it turned out to be unlocked. I told the reception about this, they told me that ”no, the room is not a walk-through, but yes, there are 2 doors”. When I commented that someone was walking there all night, I only received indignation in the form of shaking my head🤡 The hostel has a common area near the reception area, but it is uncomfortable to be there. There is no kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for men, separately for women. The interior is depressing. Naked men with bellies are walking along the corridor🤡. The bed in the room is creaky. There is no air conditioning. After my experience of staying in many hostels in Europe, this one turned out to be the worst🥸
