The room facilities were complete, the environment was quiet, and parking was convenient. It's very close to the Confucius Temple, so it's easy to catch the opening ceremony early in the morning. Although breakfast was rationed, there were many varieties and the taste was good. The butler service was very attentive, helping with meal reservations, introducing facilities, and even helping with luggage and inquiring about guest needs. It was a wonderful stay.

I stumbled upon this coffee shop with an incredible ocean view while visiting Qingdao. After chatting with the owner, I learned they also have a B&B! So here I am! It's so popular! I'd been looking at it for days and was about to miss it, but I managed to book it for my last night in Qingdao! This B&B is truly amazing. It's literally 100% of the ocean, and not only is the ocean view unbeatable, but it's also just a short distance from the city's landmark, May Fourth Square, and the beach! The fiery sunset and light show (which started around 7 or 8 a.m., creating a vibrant and colorful spectacle of buildings) offer unparalleled views of Qingdao's most beautiful scenery! The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities. The common areas inside and outside the villa were also beautiful and clean! The environment was quiet, and I didn't have to worry about the coffee shop ruining my B&B experience. The housekeeper was incredibly attentive. Before I even arrived, I called and added them on WeChat, sent them the location and check-in instructions, and even greeted me at the door. Upon arrival, we were treated to a refreshing summer drink freshly brewed in the cafe, which completely washed away the fatigue of the journey. We were quite casual and didn't need anything, but the housekeeper took better care of us than we would have. Such thoughtfulness! When we checked out, they even helped carry our luggage from the room to the car. Such a thoughtful touch! I absolutely must share this warm and high-quality B&B with friends who are visiting Qingdao for a seaside vacation. I'll definitely be bringing my family back next time. Book a few days in advance; don't try to leave it to chance like I did.

A fairytale-like little house by the sea! The room was small but clean and tidy! Right outside the French windows was the beautiful bay! You could watch the tide rise and fall throughout the day! Standing by the window, all you could see was the vast blue ocean 🌊! Just outside the community, there's a seaside wooden boardwalk, perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening, enjoying the sea breeze and the views! It's really lovely!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I originally booked the queen room with the balcony, which was lovely, but after heavy rain the ceiling developed a leak so I got moved to the best room in the hotel. The owner got workmen in to fix the leak within a couple of days, and even gave me and my partner a free drink as well as the room upgrade. Both rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and comfy. You can add the owner on WeChat to request daily cleaning and whatever else you need. The hotel is literally next to the sea, and you can get a great view from the roof top terrace. There is also a nice pool and a resident dog, Mike, who is very friendly. The staff are all friendly and the owner even spoke some English. Tbh, the hotel is on the pricier side for China, but it's well worth it!

The room was quite nice and comfortable when the weather was good. I specifically booked this room, and even upgraded to it, for the morning sun, and it definitely met my expectations in that regard. However, I have to be honest about other aspects. While there is a terrace, it felt quite uninspiring and even a bit claustrophobic, so I didn't use it. The overall cleanliness was just mediocre. I didn't use the bathtub, and there were no disposable toilet seat covers or disinfectant wipes. There was a tap labeled 'drinking water' next to the sink, but it looked yellowish with white stains, and the hand soap also looked unappealing. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around and easy to find. Overall, there's significant room for improvement in terms of hygiene.

This was my first time to Qingdao and I had no idea where to stay. Then I choose this. The location is a bit far from the may fourth square or other tourists spot but its a good location for homely stay. The hoise location was exact and so I could find it even at mid night on the first day. The room has all modern facilities but I must stay the room is a bit small. You may not be able to enjoy freedom of space here. But the owner was a kind hearted lady. She is always smiley and helpful which will make any tourist happy. I loved her attitude and gesture. I recommend this if you have a long vacation and you want a more homely environment..

This was my favorite place to stay throughout my trip. It's a 2-3 minute walk from Gate 3 of the Naval Museum, and 5 minutes to Xiao Qingdao and Lu Xun Park. Although it's technically a guesthouse, the service and facilities are on par with a hotel. The room was spacious and bright. The 'Huaisha' room is perfect for families with two children, featuring a 2-meter king bed and a 1.4-meter tatami – the kids absolutely loved it! You can even see the Naval Museum from the room. Qin Yu Road is right outside on the first floor. We enjoyed leisurely strolls to the Naval Museum and Xiao Qingdao around 5 am; it was cool and there were no crowds. They offer a generous afternoon tea every day, which the kids adored so much they didn't want to leave. Breakfast was a bit pricey if added separately. Dining options nearby are limited; you have to walk about 10 minutes to the main road for more choices.

The hygiene was good, and the environment was fantastic. The rooftop was perfect for stunning photos. I just wish the small devices in the room, like the mini-speaker and mood lights, were fully charged. What truly stood out was the amazing, first-class service from the staff – that alone made it worth it! Next time I'm with my girlfriends, we'll definitely stay here again.

Environment: Looks okay, no problems, and the space is sufficient. Facilities: All facilities are available; you can order takeout, but the wait might be a bit long. Cleanliness: Good, no issues. Service: The staff member was beautiful and kind. The room environment is as follows: Located in a relatively remote area, it wasn't too crowded during the National Day holiday, making it suitable for those seeking a quiet and comfortable stay. It was quite comfortable, with fresh air. You can enjoy the sea and sunrise from your bed, and the beach is only 600-700 meters away—practically right downstairs. Compared to the hustle and bustle of May Fourth Square in the city, I really liked the atmosphere here.

Perfect location for exploring Badaguan district and its surrounding. Mr Sun and his business partner were perfect hosts. Nothing is too difficult for them. Other staff were very courteous and friendly. Apart from catered Qingdao style breakfast, the hotel Cafe offers a la carte western style meal. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Note: Hotel is a 3 level property and housed in an older European style villa. There is no lift facility. Staff will be very to help with your luggage though.
