Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly. #1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins #2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK #3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor #4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines. #5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE #6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Hotel is amazing. We stayed for one night, got a sea of experiences. The room was very spacious, composed of two rooms. One room was with a lovely forest and mountain river! The room had hot and cold water thermos, two types of tea and a set for cooking. A set of clothes (yuccats, socks). A refrigerator, air conditioner, cleaner or air moisturizer. In the evening, while we had dinner, we were locked up in bed, asleep as killed) Kayseki's dinner is amazing, very diverse tastes, have eaten up to the descent, if honestly. Breakfast was also very saturated! Hot sources are very pleasant, only 3 species, of which 1 in the fresh air. The only thing that one was very hot for me, I couldn't even get in it, but here in the others sat with pleasure. The hosts of the hotel are very pleasant, sweet, met us, drank tea with sweets, showed where you can walk and lunch (we arrived earlier). The village itself is very picturesque, it is pleasant to walk around the district!

I just want to say. This is the best and best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service and overall. Of course, except for the unaccustomed living on tatami mats. The others are really great. First of all, you can choose your favorite kimono. It's free. They know I can't wear it. I also specially arranged a time to come to my room to wear it for me. Then enter the room. Let me give you some incense first. Choose 5 kinds by yourself. Then watch the sea from the balcony. Super invincible and beautiful. Next is dinner. Be sure to order dinner. Because it's super delicious. good to eat. And the price is right. Wait to go back to the room. The bed has been made for you. Go to the open air for an onsen and delicious sobe popsicles. We stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work.

I had a very good trip, this time I use it for the second time, I used lunch with my child many times before, I will use it again. Thank you

The room is large, with massage chairs, open-air wind, sea view terraces. The surprise is that the room TV is smart tv built-in Netflix, which really feels at home. The kaiseki cuisine at night is rich and tastes good. There are different fresh fish dishes. It is very private to eat in the box and it feels good.
