Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel is located at midst of Nagoya City and just directly above the Nagoya Station. You are basically can go anywhere from there by intercity trains to remote locations or by metro subways to local nearby point of interests (POI) and it is super convenience. There are lot of shopping malls and good F&B / sake shops around and you will never feeling tired to try and explore. The guest room hygiene is good as expected and I liked the hot water supply and temperature inside the bathtub. I found that the hot water supply and temperature in those Marriott-series hotel is far more better than those nowadays contemporary / modern hotels, which is so important to a tourist like me to take a relax after a whole-day travel visit in different POIs.
Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly.
#1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins
#2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK
#3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor
#4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning
It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines.
#5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE
#6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO
This hotel is a bit dated but has a classic antique ambiance to it. It took me some hours to learn how to operate the toilet 😅 but I finally figured it out. The young lady, I forgot her name, helped me with understanding the thermostat.. as she was the only one who spoke some English the evening I arrived. But she was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower was warm and had good water pressure! Hotel was convenient to subway station and buying tickets. Also convenient to nearby local eateries.
Dinner was a room meal, and it was in a container that looked at Ryugu Castle, and there were 々 dishes such as abalone, pot, and making, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed mood. There was also an open-air bath and a large bath, so I was able to spend a slow time. This time, I used this hotel as a reward for myself, but the hotel staff 々 was also kind and I had a very good time. However, there are few taxis from the nearest Kira Yoshida Station, so if you can come by train, we recommend the hotel pick-up service.
1. The water-saving design of the bathroom is very environmentally friendly, recycling hand washing water for flushing the toilet.
2. Experience the traditional Japanese lifestyle and sleep on the floor.
3. Soak in the hot spring in the semi-open-air hot spring pool and steam sauna.
Good value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.
It's the best accommodation.
It's quite far from the airport, but they even provide a pick-up service to a nearby station. They even take you to the station after check-out.
It's a great place to intuitively experience Japanese culture, and the accommodation is beautiful, there are various hot springs, and the food is also very delicious.
I visited with friends this time, but I plan to visit with my parents next time.
It was so good that I would visit Nagoya again just for this ryokan.
There might be some communication difficulties even if you don't speak Japanese, but they kindly explained everything to the end, so there was no big problem.
It was the most impressive place during my trip to Nagoya. If you're having trouble deciding, I highly recommend it!
The telephone and customer service was disappointing.
If you're in the service industry, you should be able to converse normally.
The breakfast buffet also only had canned fish.
However, the location, price, and cleanliness are excellent, so I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the above.
The hotel is actually in front of to the JR station with 3 less than 3 minutes walk. A big supermarket APITA where you can find a small food court inside is also 2 minute walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is fine, the hotel worth any penny for 1 night stay.
The room is great, and it's a great place to see the sea and feel the beauty of the sea. I will go there again if I have the chance, and I will recommend it to my friends.

WWAH KING EDWARDVery good location near Fushmi station & reasonable price. Staff really good & friendly. Front desk manager Yamamoto san is a showcase of outstanding hospitality. He speaks good English & has good memory in remembering us. Feel very much at home. Towels clean, new & white. Toilet in our room is brand new. Room usual as normal business hotel. Japanese breakfast has good varieties. Very pleasant stay. Would come again.
Next door is a big shopping centre/supermarket Terrasse Nayabashi. Most impressed with the excellent price of Waguy & Nagoya Hida beef, ready to eat with a fraction of price elsewhere.
First of March, surprised to see new luxuriant blooming of about 60 (or more) Sakura trees along Mitsukura dori 1 minutes fro hotel.
GGuest UserThe room is still a bit small for traveling with children, and the big suitcase can hardly be opened, but it is still OK for traveling alone.
Advantages: The front desk is very friendly, free breakfast until 8:30 (9:00 on weekends), free coffee, and male and female baths from 3:00 pm to 9:00 am. This price should be unbeatable in Japan. It is opposite the Shinkansen but not noisy at all, and the double-glazed windows are unbeatable. The room is very dark with the curtains drawn. People who are afraid of light can sleep well.
Disadvantages: Breakfast at 8:30 is only suitable for business people, and it is really hard to get up. Checking out at 10 o'clock is also very frustrating, but you can pay 1,000 yen to delay it to 11 o'clock or 2,000 yen to delay it to 12 o'clock.
In general, this location is still very suitable, but I probably won't stay here again if I travel with children. I will book two rooms for myself or my parents.
MMomocoLOStayed for 2 nights.
Good service.
Onsen is good.
Breakfast ok.
Dinner very good.
Room is tidy and clean.
The mattress and pillows are really very good.
Location is close to the airport (30 mins approx) and Suzuka (around an hour). There is a supermarket just next to the hotel.
And lots of other restaurants or drug stores or convenience stores nearby.; just takes 2-5 minutes drive.
If Route Inn can add the GPS (phone #) on the website that’s much easier for tourists. We drove from Toyota Museum and it should take about 30mins but just because we didn’t have the correct phone # to set the GPS on the car and the worst is the Google didn’t work well in Nagoya Ciry and finally we took 2 hours to get there!
GGuest UserWe stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old, but it is well maintained.
There is a hot spring on the underground floor. You need to wait for a seat when it is busy. The hot spring is not big, with a total of 5 or 6 bathrooms.
Because I wanted to go to aeon and go to the airport the next day, I stayed here for a while.
There are no disposable slippers in the room, and the curtains cannot completely block the sun, which are quite lacking. It does not meet my requirements. I booked 1000 plus one night during the peak period, which is not worth it.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the room is a bit old, it is well-equipped with facilities. There is also a free shuttle bus. The scenery is beautiful, the public bath is large, the restaurant has a good view, and the overall price-performance ratio of the hotel is very high.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with many locals staying there. It’s got a nice onsen downstairs. Room was big and comfortable, highly recommended. Only downside is that you need a car to get there and to the city area. There’s nothing much around the hotel area
YYuhannanI love this hotel and compare with other place of Anshin Oyado this is one of the place you need to spend one night in Capsule hotel ❤️❤️ I LOVE Anshin Oyada
