Alternatively, you can pay for parking on one of the many parking sites nearby - look for people on the street with a sign for Match Parking. There is a school 1 minute from the property which offers secure match day parking.Alternatively, transport connections are excellent, so leave the car behind and enjoy the brilliant local connections by bus, tram or rental bike, there is a Starling Bank bike rental station just 2 minutes from the property.The host will provide a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk/bread etc. and in case you forget your toothpaste (!) there is a Co-op supermarket 2 minutes’ walk from the property on Taylor’s Road which stays open until 22.00.Please note that hosted late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30, and after midnight is GBP 50. The noise was unbearable. There's a bar directly across the street that was still blasting DJ music past 11 PM. I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff insisted on coming to the room to verify the noise. After they heard it, they acknowledged it was the bar across the street and assured me it would quiet down in another 10-20 minutes. However, they didn't move us to a different room. I tried to get to sleep around 10 PM but couldn't fall asleep until well after midnight, which completely ruined my sleep and mood.

The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

Loved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in. The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added??? But it was still good nevertheless. The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points. Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well. Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

Very friendly and approachable staff. The room was clean and tidy but there was only one plain tea bag in the room and no biscuits. This is just a minor observation as there was everything else you needed in the room. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would most certainly stay there again.

I booked this hotel as it had a bath. The plug didn’t fit the whole so I couldn’t relax and have a bath. It was on a main road where a new tram stop is under construction. Post midnight there was workmen continuous drilling. I found chewing gum under the bedside shelf. There was single glazing, the fitted moving window to block our noise was broken and wouldn’t close as my photo shows.

It was a good stay. The only issue we found was that we were given the accessible room and when taking a shower, the floor wasn't the correct gradient / level to let the water drain so it was literally flooded in the bathroom until I swept it up with a towel, really deep water, and it smelled damp. Breakfast was an extra 15 pounds but very good. In all, a fine stay for a quick layover.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the service is impeccable. The deposit was refunded very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I drank two bottles of water, but there was no deduction from the deposit—an unexpected bonus. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the hotel facilities. The blue bed runner is of poor quality; it sheds lint that ends up on the sheets. More attention should be given to the details of room amenities such as bedding and towels. Additionally, some beverages in the fridge require a bottle opener, but I couldn’t find one among the room tools. Wishing the hotel continued success in its operations.

This is a grand and historic hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic, right in the city center and just a short walk from Manchester's Chinatown. My only complaints are the unclear smoking signs near the entrance and the tiny ashtrays provided. There was also no doorman to offer assistance or reminders. This could easily lead to fines (as enforcement seemed rather discreet), which unfortunately cast a shadow of frustration and disappointment over my trip.

Took my mum for a treat and for her to reminisce. wow!! We were not disappointed, it was a fantastic stay. The Building and architecture is stunning, huge tall ceilings and windows. Beautiful tiles everywhere, elegant dining and meeting rooms. Our room was fab, two double beds, lovely free snack box, posh teas and coffees. We loved the 5pm social hour, a chance to mingle with the other guests and an hour of free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also great, it was extremely busy as the hotel was fully booked the night before so I did feel the staff were overstretched and there was a wait for fresh eggs and tea / coffee… but hey we were in no rush. Just beautiful… can’t wait to go again.

優點：市中心位置好，飲食交通方便，Picadilly火車站300米距離，房間和洗手間都夠大，有膠囊咖啡、瓶裝水、小水吧、小冰箱（通電但不太製冷）、吹風機、化粧鏡、沐浴露、洗髮水、洗手液、大塊的香皂（比別家都大），還準備有女性衞生用品，沒有單獨的護髮素，一次性拖鞋在浴袍口袋裡，歐洲區自帶牙刷牙膏。我是臨街房間，但並不吵。 缺點：按我們普通東亞人標準，衞生不行，而且房間有味道，每天清潔後的用品補給時有時無，好像全看housekeeper記不記得，但是你去要，他們態度很好。 總體來説不踩坑

Location is excellent- right next to Piccadilly station. The room was very tasteful, retaining just the right amount of period features. The staff were fantastic and let us check in a little early. The kitchenette is a very helpful addition to the room. We really liked the mattress, firm but incredibly comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

Easy to reach from Deansgate and Oxford Road stations. Good value for money. Friendly reception staff located adjacent to a nice outside balcony overlooking the canal, where you can take your drinks from the bar. Manchester is easily walkable from the hotels location in the heart of Castlefield.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, convenience stores, and restaurants. A water kettle is provided, and I found the mattress quite comfortable. Since it’s close to the train tracks, you might occasionally hear trains passing by. Staffs are friendly as well. Overall, I’d rate it 5/5.
