The receptionist is very responsive and professional. Anything we asked (toothbrush, toothpaste, ice and then another extra bucket of ice!) they gave it to us promptly. The spa was great, it had two hot tubs that were regularly empty, so you can enjoy one whole hot tub alone with your friends/partner/family; there was a steam room and a sauna and plenty of sofas around the spa where you can cool off; the swimming pool is also only a few steps away, so you can plunge into the cold after the hot treatment. Unfortunately though, there was no available spaces for the treatments (facial, massage, mani/pedi, etc), so I recommend booking beforehand to ensure you get yours. One complaint is that our room's window was stuck and it couldn't be opened, so if it's proper summer weather, it can be difficult to stay there.

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

This is a brand new listing for October 2023. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with induction hob and large lounge and a balcony. Two bedrooms can be configured for either 2 single beds or a double bed in each. Please advise on your booking. We will assume 2 x doubles and the 2 singles if no information is given.The property has been renovated to very high standard with maximum insulation throughout and with Solar panels, battery storage and both electric under floor and radiator heating, we hope the Coach House will be as energy efficient as we can make it.The lounge has the latest top of the range 75” Samsung TV with access to all the TV apps required, BBC, ITV, Amazon and Netflix etc. The latest hi-fi system with Bluetooth, radio etc is just below. Entry will be via a front door keypad with your own code. The property has an alarm system linked to a local security firm if you wish to use the alarm for security. One room has a digital safe.There is private free of charge secure parking for one car. However, owners park at their own risk. We do have 30 day CCTV recording covering the parking area.There is high speed internet access. The American fridge has on demand ice and cold filtered water. There is a washing machine with built in dryer and a clothes horse if you need to do any washing. There are two bathrooms one wet room with a shower and one with a shower and a bath. We decided to stay at The Grand as a 3 night getaway as my partner is currently pregnant. The service from arrival to departure was first rate, and the hotel was beautiful. Our room (which we upgraded to have a sea view) was newly renovated, with a free standing bath, sofa, coffee table and two tub chairs. The bathroom included a spacious shower and his/her sinks. Everything was spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. PS: All the mess in the photo was ours...!

We stayed at this hotel as we had a wedding not too far away about 15 minute drive away. Booking a taxi was a nightmare to get home as there are not many options so as you can imagine a wedding with 100 guests or more all trying to get a cab wasn’t successful and we had to wait over an hour to get a taxi. The room was cute and clean. People at the bar and restaurant was nice but the reception was a nightmare. They were very short staff so checking out was taking forever so we just left without checking out and let the keys on the desk.

The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay! also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.nice quiet hotel.has it's own car park but only a handful of spaces.the spaces are packed so close together that you can barely get your door open let alone get out of the car.we were told to reverse into space but then had no room to open boot to get luggage out.plus you pay extra to park but you can come and go as you please if you can get back in your car.nice idea and cheaper than car parks but literally no room to maneover car.hotel room was clean,neat& tidy but very dated.bathroom looked shabby and needs an update but was clean.could hear music, snoring from man in next room.picked a Seaview room which was lovely,however next morning windows had so much condensation we couldn't see out..only open a couple of inches too.need a squeegee to wipe windows.unfortunately despite the comfy bed I didn't sleep great as being on seafront traffic was non stop all night.however I loved the hotel and would stay again.breakfast we were given a time slot for and the food was very nice.very well situated right near the i360 tower which is well worth a visit

Great 1 night stay with my partner, room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze, lot of complaints regarding breakfast that I have read but the offering was good at least for our stay. If I had to make any complaints it would be the loud plumbing but honestly this didn’t bother us much. Ultimately we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Pros: This hotel is a stone throw away from the beach and commercial areas. Clean rooms and facility. I like the spa facility because they have gym, pool, steam room, and sauna. It’s very relaxing. Our breakfast is the highlight of our stay. Lots of food choices with a view of the beach and Brighton pier. Staff are friendly and accomodating. I like the online checkout, it’s a time saver. Cons: I am disappointed because I booked a superior room with sea view but they gave me a partial sea view instead. Didn’t bother to ask because I was very exhausted after a long trip. Our bathroom has a rusty shower head and bath drainage. Didn’t managed to go to the sauna because it’s jampacked. Overall, good experience.

It is about 2 kilometers from the city center of Brighton. The traffic is very convenient. No extra bed is allowed, and children can be taken. The room is not big, but the design is very distinctive, with artistic style. The sea view room has a balcony, and the sea and harbor are outside, which is very nice. I visited with my granddaughter for her birthday treat , unfortunately it was the weekend of the bad storm . We were disappointed there was no TV in the room or anywhere else in hotel , also the bedroom window didn't close properly and the wind and rain howled in all night . The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast , although again we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open and we had to brave the storm to get our evening meal .

I was really worried when we first booked as the reviews were so awful online. I don’t want to discredit anyone else’s experience as they could have fixed some of the issues since other peoples stays but my partner and I both thought it was wonderful! The check in was super easy, the ‘guest house’ area wasn’t in use but who’s spending time in there anyway? The room was stunning! No problems with the cleanliness, noise or amenities. View of the beach front from the room window, hot water for the bath. No problems with the key safe or access to the building/room. I thought it was important to leave this review as the hotel seems to have a bad reputation online but from our experience it was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending!

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned. No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility. But overall great view and nice staff.

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
