Amazing hotel and the people who works there. Their location is superb, it is a respite away from the chaos and bustling to rest by the riverside and recharge. Easy access to the BTS at Sathorn stop that you can get to easily by the free boat shuttle from hotel or you can take a grab, they are alway at the hotel. Asiatica is close (walking distance from hotel) and you can spend many evenings for good food and a nice open air walk along river. The hotel has some amazing staff. From the Burmese pool helper Subhu to the restaurant helpers, Steven and Rama, pleasant and helpful, The concierge and from desk jumps at every request and brings speedy responses. I believe management at this facility is testament of the great job the team is doing. The hotel is walking distance of many many eatery’s and conveniences like shops, money exchange, massages and laundry and anything you need. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice! The service is amazing, everyone is kind and welcoming. They are very helpful and take time to explain if something isn’t clear. The staff is very kind, the bellboys are helpful and they always helped with our bags, some of the staff can help with getting transportation too. We had P'Four help us! The hotel has a vintage vibe, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a city view. Its close to ChitLom station which is one stop away from Siam Paragon. You can also walk to centralWorld or Siam. It's only a 20min walk. Theres a lounge on the 24th floor. And they also have a bistro in the basement. There's a pool on the 19th floor but we didn't have time to try it.

I had a wonderful stay at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. The location is excellent—just a short walk from major shopping malls like CentralWorld and Siam Paragon, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with great city views. The service was friendly and efficient, and the facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers visiting Bangkok.

Truly a 5-star hotel - there’re butler services for helping to bring your luggages up to your room, and even opening car doors for you. Friendly counter staff too, even welcome drinks (lemongrass butterfly pea) were given while checking in at the counter. As for the hotel room, it is big and spacious, very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again!
