Hotels With Airport pickup service in Kedah, Malaysia

Check in was smooth since we arrived quite late. We call in advance to inform our eta arrival later than expected due to flight delayed. We got bee building facing the sea. Everything inside the room is clean. Tv channel have astro. Malibest is well known for its location, in the middle busy street Chenang and its hospitality and well clean room! So far it meet my expectation. Just one thing, the hotel parking too limited. Overall, this place will be my favourite place to stay in langkawi sith affordable price.

Location -＞ 10/10; Hotel location all good and able to find food conveniently as there's 7-Eleven, Zus Coffee, Family Mart and several food cafes as well as restaurants near the vicinity. There's Cmart convenience store and even a food court hawker center just next to the inn location. Cleanliness -＞ 8/10; All normal clean; It is an old classic inn; Normal cleanliness for my side; Functional -＞ 10/10; All power plugs are functional and good condition; Hair dryer all works well; Bathroom & Toiletries -＞ 10/10; Bathroom have all those basic needed requirements and cleaned as well; Sound Conditioning -＞ 5/10; We are staying in Room 439 at the end of the emergency exit door and there was quite loud external noises that seems to be disturbing with outside door noises. Wall is quite thin from the inside and outside noise seems to be very obvious to hear. Parking Space -＞ 5/10; If you are having own local car transport, parking space will be considered a challenge in this location; first come first served for hotel parking space in front of the hotels; If do not have parking outside, then perhaps have to find parking further a bit from the inn but still manageable depending on timing and luck. Overall, it is a good decent normal hotel stay with all the basic requirements which needed.

Location wise, it’s not good nor bad. Rent a scooter to get to places as everything is really far out. The only thing we looked forward to was the flea market just downstairs which is on every Wed and Sat. Breakfast selection was poor, the same options everyday and it didn’t taste great too. Room cleanliness can be improved. Windows area are very dusty and dirty, with room service done every late afternoon. The room was fully carpeted, and they don’t even vacuum the room, so not ideal with those with small kids as we know how messy they can get with their food and snacking, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Won’t come back, unfortunately. The only great part is the restaurant at the rooftop with the infinity pool. Super nice view of the sunset :)

The room is below expectations. It seems like uncomfortable with the room ambiance feels like old abandoned apartment. The room wallpaper got tear out here and there. Plus, the room even don’t has a day curtain and the window is not tinted at all. So it see through from the outside. The toilet has unpleasant odour with some of the part tiles in the toilet is dirty. But the room has been provided with good amenities and upgrade technology. I believe previously this is one of a good 5-stars hotel.. but now, i think the room has been lack of maintenance. The breakfast buffet seems like 3-stars hotel breakfast only. The foods are ok..

This hotel located just in front of Pantai Chenang. Very convenience to access to the beach. There are so many stall along the roadside. Plenty of duty free shop there. The hotel room just nice for my stay. Its very clean and comfortable. The receptionist also very friendly and willing to help. My friend had left his ‘loket’, the hotel staff willing to help us to find the things and keep for him to take back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location of the hotel is quite far from the town. The breakfast food is not fully refilled. Guests who arrive late do not have time to eat. The room is not attractive because of the old decoration. The amenities are not varied.booking room with king bed but got single bed combined to become king.my son need to slept on the centre which is not comfort him.

We neededto break our trip from Krabi to KL so we booked Raia hotel, which is conveniently located along the highway. Check in was super smooth and room was perfect. Breakfast was good too! Check out the view!

the hotel is very clean. comfort and cozy. the view very beautiful. very near to the supermarket. just next to the hotel. also have cinema there. overall very nice hotel.

I truly did enjoy my one night stay at Best Star. It's an older hotel, but the the rooms are equip with hot showers, air-conditioned rooms, tv and fresh bed linens. Perfect for tired travellers. The only negative feedback I have is that their dinner buffet is too pricey and I really do pity their food staff. It's a lot of unnecessary food wastage. They can save more money if they just forgo the dinner buffet altogether and offer ala carte meals if need be.

This resort is quiet and perfect for those who look for a moment of peace and relax, , the big garden, the sunset view and the sound of birds are all pur moment of relaxation…no seining in the beach it’s full of mud…the swimming pool is good but it didn’t like the fact that some guests swim with their clothes even the pool rules are not allowing that. Breakfast is variant and good…stuff are nice and friendly…service is good…rooms are spacious and clean…you have nothing around but the service rice of food in pool restaurant are not expensive..you can eat a very big seafood pizza with only 37 RM.

The hotel is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. There are two restaurants: one on the beach, offering more Western-style cuisine and alcohol, and another near the lobby that is more Asian and Muslim-friendly. For the beach restaurant, you need to book a table if you want to eat outside during the weekend. The breakfast was very good. There is an amazing kids' room with all sorts of toys where the children can safely play. Just next to it, there is a small zoo with many animals. We had a ground-floor room by the pool, which was very convenient as you can go for a swim anytime, walking out from your balcony. The bar inside the pool was nice, and the prices were reasonable. One complaint is that the check-in was very long, taking a bit more than an hour even though we arrived after 3 pm.

This place exceeded my expectations. It's in a great location, and everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for one night for transit. When the taxi dropped us off, we weren't sure this is the building because it looked so old and seems to be under construction. The lobby was dark and musky, as were the corridors. From outside, it looks like an abandoned building. I didn't feel very safe in the building. The room was old and dated. The furnishing seems to be from the 90s. While the room was big and spacious, the aircon only cooled down half the room and the other half was felt warm and stuff. The bedsheet was stained and spotted and we found some hair as well. For some weird reason, the windows are tinted so even though we had a good view of the street below, it was still very dark in the room. There are definitely other better and newer hotels / rooms on Cenang beach.

Stayed here just 1 night for my birthday staycation.I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is well located in Pantai Tengah Beach and just within 15 minutes drive away from Langkawi International Airport and minutes away from Cenang Beach or Cenang Mall. Dash Resort Langkawi is a beautiful and Instagram worthy hotel located in Langkawi. Love the hotel feels cosy,vibrant and relaxing a**osphere just next to the private beach. The pool bar is a great experience with live music and enjoy stunning sunset views. The staffs were all friendly and polite. Thank you so much for the hospitality service! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Overall everything great but breakfast needs more improvement. Will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Langkawi, definitely will come back again!

Water heater not functioning, so everyday i have my shower with cold. Take premium parking and paid RM30, but 3 times i go and out, need to lift that heavy stand alone. Their staff just watching from inside. Hotel not well maintain, toilet got many stain. Even guest toilet at lobby dirty. Breakfast just middle range good.

good stay. i stayed here for 3d1n. Satisfied with their service except the noises coming from neighbour room. i was stress with their stomping feet, knocking door, shouting & slamming the door. i know... kids were not at fault, but their parents should be more strict. sorry for these expression. i suggest the hotel should repair their door to overcome the slam's voice door.

i was your long stay guests. i stayed for 8 nights. the management should really look into the cleanliness of the room. i do understand that we're under MCO before this, but the management shouldn't neglect room cleanliness. because of the cleanliness, my baby got ring worm infection. the F&B also need to be train again. never ever forget what is in your menu and make the guests wait for their orders especially room service order. i ordered Nasi Goreng Cakar Rimau set if I not mistaken. the set comes with drink. unfortunately when they send it to my room, there is no drink. i go down to restaurant and asked if there is any drink for the set, and the staff they said yes. i noticed that there are not feel responsible for what happened. hello ..!! I'm your in-house guests and a long stay guests. please have a bit of hospitality sense. there is one incident that i will never forget. the menu if I'm not forget is Dara Pujaan set. it basically half boiled eggs. i ordered two times. the 1st one coming without bread. the second one was the worse. they give me raw eggs for the set. so, after that incident, i decided to order from outside. i have ordered a few meals from Food Panda and i asked for plate from the restaurant. they give me plastic fork and spoon which is in my opinion it's not really appropriate. the staff who answered the phone should be more polite. the way they not to say rude, but then more to unfriendly. reception also need to be more alert. since the hotel allowed food delivery from 3rd party, the reception need to show a good customer service by calling the guests room to pickup the package. it's a good gesture. no harm to do that. i stayed on 4th floor. the maid for 4th floor was very good and helpful. i forgot to asked her name. i hope the management look seriously into their service. don't embarrass PKNK

What a great bargain. Booking at last minute and i manage to secure the hotel at great affordable price. Good looking hotel and well-decorated. The hotel is in good condition, equipped with flat tv, mini chiller, room slipper, water bottle, nescafe and sugar, body wash, tooth brush and tootpaste. Overall, a good experience stay at this hotel

We were on ”road trip” around Semenanjung, and somehow tried our luck with AST. To our surprise, the hotel was better than our expectation, especially at the price we paid. We end up extending day after days, and made AST as our ”camp” when we explore Kedah and Perlis :) Do note, this is a business hotel, and we find it good as lodging purpose only. Help us to rest in the night, clean up, while on day time we explore the town/state

Star City hotel in Kedah is located near Menara Alor Star and in the middle of town. The receptionist staff is friendly even though we have a late check-in. The rooms are good. The hotel staff in the breakfast area are very efficient and friendly with a smile and the hotel overall is good only two things spoil the room The carpet has a smell and I realized someone came to open our door without knocking or bell before check-out time (12pm)..

It's a great location, clean and sorted . staff was very supportive especially at front desk . Amazing housekeeping service specially. F&B department is also great F&B Manager and all staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a room with 2 queen beds as they don't have a queen bed and a single bed. The price we paid was quite affordable. It's quite basic and the 2 queen beds are in separate bedrooms but the door was taken out. There's a small TV in the second bedroom. The toilet is small but functional and it has a nice rain shower. But on the first night the flush was suddenly not working and they offered to change the room for us but we decided to wait till the next day for them to repair since it was late. They don't have a fridge but the A/C is quite cold. Breakfast is just nasi lemak or toast and coffee or tea. It's a building on its own but it's not really a walking distance to any shops. It can get really noisy at night because it's next to a road side but that's expected. They have WiFi but you can't really connect to it. Other than that, we like the spaciousness of the room definitely.
