The hotel lobby is very comfortable, the room decoration is also relatively new, but the bed area is a bit small, the bathroom is surprisingly large, but the bathroom is empty, it would be better if there is more countertop space to place toiletries. The hotel is located very close to the famous New Regent Street attraction and there are many good restaurants nearby. The parking lot is open-air, which is not very convenient when it rains, and there are very few parking spaces.
Staff were so helpful and friendly! What a plus. Rooms were exactly what we expected, no surprises. Thanks for a good night rest with good breakfast to start our day off. Will definitely come back and recommend this stay.
The hotel is nicely situated near the airport so that is a plus point. We stayed for 3 nights, which allowed us to visit downtown quite easily via bus and do the car rental at the airport. Security is good and staff were excellent. It's near woolworth supermarket as well as eateries so that is a plus plus point.
A beautiful hotel with tropical / botanical gardens. Has everything you need, nice big park next to it. City center is not far; You can walk (20min) to it or 6-7 min by car. Enough parking places as well. Customer service can be improved overall.
Supposed to stay here for 2 nights but due to flight cancellation, only managed to stay for 1 night. Super wasted as I think this accomodation is really good. There are Induction for cooking, washing machine and dryer with laundry liquid available. The bed is super big too. Quite comfortable. The space is also very big! Location is near to many food places.
We booked a family room and it was split into two floors where the top level had the big bed and the lower level had the twin beds, which worked well for elderly travelers. The interior was stylish and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and a range hood. Wish they could've provided ice. The only big downside was the parking situation where despite having a big carpark, they charge NZ$20+ extra for overnight parking.
loved staying here even for just 1 night. very near to sights in the city, staff was pleasant and room ammenities were great we asked for slippers and toothbrushes which are available all you need do is call and they bring it right up. parking is also available just beside the hotel but with a FEE per day😞 other than that we had a lovely stay🙂
Excellent service! Nice room. The only thing I would have liked was that breakfast was served earlier or that it was possible to bring breakfast with you for early check-out.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect just a few step away from the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is fairly centrally located (about a 15 minute walk), but at the same time in a quiet area. The room was huge, for lack of a better term - it's basically a lounge, a twin room and a double room. Not sure if that's actually the room I booked or an upgrade. At any rate, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The outer design is also very nice. There's also afternoon tea for free from 15:30 till 16:30. The price is not particularly low, but all things considered it's value for money (only 25-30% more expensive than a private room in a hostel), especially if more than one person is staying. All in all, a great option, if your budget allows it.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The breakfast staff were also pleasant and efficient. The hotel was clean and beautifully appointed. My room was 1415 and this gave me an amazing outlook over the city ( new stadium, band rotunda and to the mountains covered in snow). Well done. Also most convenient to attend an evening performance at the Isaac Theatre. Thank you
NNomadikThis is my 3rd stay in a few months . Each time, consistent check in process . Cordial and efficient on late night flight arrival into CHC. The team overall is super friendly. This time I was allocated a newer business room on 4th floor. These are amazing ! Large, modern sis opus bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, balcony, full size desk. I wished I stayed longer to enjoy for longer. The property is busy yet very quiet. So easy to sleep and get truly good rest. My favourite hotel near the airport. I tried two others which are also good but so noisy outside the room, which does not work well for me when arriving late in the night.
GGuest UserThe service was warm, especially the doorman and the front desk who greeted us when we first arrived at the hotel. The guy was enthusiastic and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. Before we checked in, the luggage had been moved to the room. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, which requires valet parking and costs NZD 30 per day. The room is large and spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is still convenient and comfortable to use. The location of the hotel is also very good, a 2-minute walk from the tram departure station, which is very convenient for shopping and major attractions.
