Everything was good, especially the bean omelette prepared by Mrs. Salwa.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, decorated in local ethnic style, but it was clearly an old hotel with somewhat dated facilities. The location was convenient, with a strong commercial atmosphere; there was a Carrefour and small shops nearby. The doorman was a very cute and friendly old man. Taxis in Marrakech are extremely difficult to hail. I recommend walking to the main street to hail a taxi, or strolling around and looking for an empty one. Otherwise, wasting time waiting for a taxi is not worthwhile.

Facilities: This is a great hotel, located right next to the Marrakech train station. I highly recommend staying here if you want to avoid getting ripped off by taxis. Ambiance: Nice, there's a large swimming pool in the middle. It seems all rooms have balconies, perfect for enjoying a local Casablanca beer. It was during the Africa Cup, and you could watch the car parades celebrating Morocco's wins 🍾

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Avoid 1st floor. The loud and deep base music at night penentrated all walls and windows. Avoid room no 18. The only window faced wire fence and back alley leading to the swimming pool, a public area. Any pool user could easily go to stand outside the windows. The advertised ”city view” is non existent And the worse is the room is next to those air-conditioning coolers. The hotel charged MAD40 tourist tax for one person, which doubled the amount Trip.com stated. The location is 9min from marrekesh station. Interior amenity is good 1/3 of the breakfast is pastry...

Very good hotel for its price. The room had everything, breakfast buffet, the hotel cafe was open during Ramadan. Overall I liked it, I would stay there again

I absolutely loved this hotel. The lobby had fresh flowers, and the scent was amazing. The pristine white linens, the room size, and the balcony furniture were all fantastic 🤩. The breakfast perfectly suited my taste. There's some construction happening, as they're adding more floors to the main building, but it didn't affect our stay at all since our room overlooked the smaller pool. All our requests were handled incredibly quickly. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to try the spa; we only stayed for three nights and wanted to explore the city more.

The hotel is old, the linoleum floors are patched and have holes in them. The room is very dimly lit (the lamps are dim). Overall, it's fine for just an overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is 20 minutes walking from the main square.
