Hotels With Pool in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

We stayed at this Riad for three nights and didn't regret it at all! It was beautiful and atmospheric, like stepping into a fairy tale, and it was so cool to be able to experience their history and culture. The host, who greeted us and then helped us with all our questions, was very polite and welcoming. The breakfasts were very generous and filling, and I especially appreciate their coffee (a true work of art). There's also a swimming pool for free access😍 There was a small cafe next to the Riad; it was very inexpensive and incredibly delicious😌 We thought long and hard about booking this place, but we haven't regretted our decision at all💛

There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.

Highly recommend any travellers to Marrakesh to stay in this raid! It is walking distance to most of the attractions and the hospitality from this raid has been amazing! Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast provided was amazing too! What you see in other reviews with regards to the mouldy bathrooms, I personally feel that it’s all part of the aesthetic of the raid. Apart from that, we loved our room in this raid as it was really clean and cosy!

Hôtel excellent au cœur de la médina mais non accessible en taxi ce qui veut dire qu’il faut marcher 5 min à pied pour y arriver en passant par un quartier qui craint assez. Sinon l’hôtel en lui-même est incroyable, très joli, une décoration berbère qui en met plein les yeux et le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande

The location is about a 15-minute walk from the main attractions and is relatively quiet. The breakfast is plentiful and features local specialties. The hotel's paid airport shuttle service is recommended for easy navigation.

We stayed for one day. The breakfast was modest, but you probably won't go hungry. A huge downside was that the sheets weren't changed. I pointed out the dirt and hair on the bedsheet, and the staff member just said, 'So what?' She then brought another dirty sheet. It took three attempts to get a clean one, which was horrible. The toilet and sink were dirty, and people clearly smoke in the room, so there was a strong odor. There was a safe in the room, but no hair conditioner, cotton buds, or tissues. Maybe we've been spoiled by other 4-star hotels, but there was absolutely nothing here... They also put us next to a room undergoing major renovations, so there was a loud banging noise starting at 8 AM. Luckily, we had an extra three hours and were already heading out. I definitely wouldn't come back here. On the plus side, it's about a 15-minute walk to the train station.

Let's start with that we didn't like staying in Medina . It was all comfortable in the raid itself , but beyond the quiet horror . As they say we didn't come in with the old Medina with its garbage , smell, etc . Read was clean, bed very comfortable, stay comfortable, breakfast was scarce . There was a safe in the room. The managers were friendly, met, held . In the morning they prepared breakfast for the removal . For coffee at 6 a.m. Thank you very much, just before leaving . Also carried out (we hurried and he ran with us with bags to the bus that was expecting us) The only huge minus was that one of the managers who organized our tour sent us not where we wanted to , as an individual tour for 200 euros , so far we have thought it was special , or we did not understand each other ( although the photos were shown where we wanted to go ) , this day was spoiled by the word completely , the worst trip to an unclear waterfall for such money .

Everything was good, especially the bean omelette prepared by Mrs. Salwa.

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech.
