We stayed at the Kempinski with the children (7 & 3) in February 2021. Given the fact this hotel is located, albeit in a touristic region, in deep Russian province, it clearly matches the standards of a 5 stars hotel. Not absolutely everything is perfection, but close enough, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. Speaking of them, the swimming pool was awesome, not to mention the kids’ club, which made our life easier and was a lot of fun for them. Should you be able to get access, I strongly recommend the use of the executive lounge - and I thank again Tatiana there, who was both super nice and helpful in helping us plan some excursions. Ksenia, who runs the guest relations office, also does an exceptional work - don’t hesitate to get in touch with her for anything.

The hotel was chosen in an emergency order, because this year May holidays extended completely suddenly. It was necessary for a room for three, desirable with two rooms and normal beds. Well not quite far from the sea. As a result, the location was quite a place for us. The room was called family without balcony, for the non-season good, is on the last, fifth floor. The room is in good condition, beds are comfortable, pillows are too small and flat, on the amateur shorter. The plumbing is new, hot water pressure is sufficient. The room is clean. The cleaning was not done, only washed out. For two nights and not needed, the hotel website was declared once every day, here without claims. Nothing prevented sleeping, the neighbors I didn't hear, from the street noise was. Still their good - before settlement and after departure left suitcases in the room for reception, free. Breakfast from 8 to 10.30. Here is a two-fold impression. Very strange choice of hot dishes: on the first day of sausages with pasta, on the second pelmen:) the child was very pleased:) Well the casha was still (not tried). All the rest is cold, including pancakes, hot types of sandwiches and eggs. You will not remain hungry, but ... And the final spoon of the degth. I gave the number about 10.00, went for a walk. After some time the call to the reception: ”Are you going back? you have a duty here.” I am in perfect misunderstandings - for what? For coffee 720 rubles. On the first day for breakfast, a girl serving a cafe offered coffee for free, well I agreed. And on the second day, too, immediately ordered, coming for breakfast. And it turns out that you have to pay for it. No, I don't mind, and the coffee was decent, but why lie?! As a result, the impression of the hotel is spoiled, you can consider me hysterical.

Everything was nice! Modern hotel, perfect location (once the embankment), convenience ratio and price 5/5. The most cheerful when you swim in a warm pool with hydromassage and you can order drinks, dishes and calyan straight on the area of the pool.
