Really good service, Cindy, a cute reception lady she explained to me very patiently and dealt with late check-in and late check-out. Also, room was pretty with lake view. Lovely experience will do it again. Thanks Cindy as well.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel a few times. It is always a pleasure! A lot of staff speaks English, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room we were assigned on the first day was a bit noisy. We were very tired from traveling and didn't get enough rest. When I asked the room lady, I met Yu Fan. Yu Fan asked about the general situation and asked us to wait in the room for a while. He helped us change the room according to the room availability that day. Thanks to the duty manager Evan for helping us change to a room with a garden on the first floor. It was very quiet and we slept very well. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, I saw a bamboo forest. It was really comfortable. Thanks to the help of the two colleagues, the trip to Xi'an was very smooth at the hotel.
