We booked this hotel for 2 nights including the spa entrance. We arrived on Friday and our room was around 12.00 already available Entering the room felt like walking into a fridge. Ice cold and indeed it was only 13 degrees in the room. We switched on the heating and headed for the spa. We got back in the room around 17.00 and temperature was around 18 degrees, but ice cold floors and walls gives an unpleasant ambient temperature. We had a concert that night and got back around 23.30 and the room was around 21 degrees finally but still could floor and walls, uncomfortable feeling. So next day we switched on the heating to 22 degrees on auto and did go to the spa. Getting back in our room it was cold again, 17 degrees. Somebody did remove the card that energizes the room including the heating. So we did enjoy the spa, clean and many options, the food and drinks, but the cold unpleasant room leaves a very negative atmosphere for this trip. Another weird story is the deposit pp of 50 per night, it was for safety reasons they say at reception. Is the hotel audience so dangerous?

I travel to Amsterdam just to visit Zuiver. I absolutely love the spa facilities.

It was amazing as always the staff are all so lovely in the restaurant and work so hard the food is amazing to , the rituals in the sauna are the reason I keep coming back I love them so much and don't have this in England, all the rituals staff are so nice to, the rest of the spa is amazing it has so much inside it's paradise, the reception staff are very helpful and friendly to, the breakfast is always very nice and Monic is so friendly and makes sure everything is replenished all the time, cannot fault this hotel and spa at all love it be back soon.

The services were excellent.
The room condition was not really up to the standered of the facilities.
Beds need to be upgraded.

The Spa is wonderful. So much on offer and just fantastic. The gym is also superb and very well equipped.
The hotel is average. Typical 3 star, no bar, and breakfast average. Rooms ok, not amazing. Also quite a way out of the city. Will cost €30-35 from airport and same to the city Center, but worth it for the spa experience.

This was my 4th time staying in this hotel. I came purely for the spa and wellness. I’ve spent the entire day in the spa and had a lovely meal in the evening.
If you’re ever visiting Amsterdam , book this place and make sure you use the spa.

Paid for room plus spa plus breakfast and when I arrived they demanded I pay again refusing to let me check in until they had extracted another €82.25 from me. Really dodgy practice and a real rip off.

This is our second time to this hotel. We think it is excellent value for money. The spa is above and beyond any in the UK that we have been too. I had a massage this time it was a very reasonable price for 50 minutes and the lady was excellent. We love the fact the spa has naked days, this so very liberating. Breakfast is great, it is help yourself with plenty of choice. All the staff at this hotel have been good. We do think they need to get onto of housekeeping a bit, they may not be pulling their weight as much as the rest of the teams. We have loved our room both times. We have stayed in the building not attached to the main hotel. We have not played tennis, but the facilities here for this are excellent. The restaurant has a great choice, great staff, fast service and very relaxing atmosphere. Remember NO PHONES in the spa. This is also liberating! It is 30 minutes out of the centre, but this is why it is priced better. It takes us a nice 15 minute walk to the tram stop, then not long until we are in the city centre. A taxi is 60 euros The hotel are happy to order this for you. We recommend and we will be back. Bonnie and Ian
