先説兩個小缺點吧：一個是離市區偏遠，不開車或打車的話基本上哪兒都去不了；另外一個是部分房型對着高速公路，稍微有點吵，這方面要求高的朋友可以在入住的時候跟前台提提要求。
但優點其實更多：一個是離機場近，酒店派車接送機都很快，10分鐘以內搞定；二是酒店環境很好，自有大湖環繞，頗有住在城堡的感覺，拍照也很出片；三是酒店房間也比較寬敞、乾淨整潔、洗澡水量充沛、水温合適。
最後也是我最喜歡的一個點：這家酒店有泳池！！！完全沒料到，在新疆居然能游泳。泳池是單獨的一棟樓，不在地下室所以完全不覺得壓抑，早晨初升的太陽從玻璃窗照進來，給水面鋪上了一層金色，一邊沐浴着陽光一邊游泳，感覺就像是電影裏的畫面。泳池內部空間很大，層高很足，水域面積也比一般的健身房泳池寬闊，長是25米的標準短池長度，寬度也快趕上長邊了，呈現一個接近正方形的形狀。最深處的水深達到了2米，最淺處也有1米4，新手也不用擔心擱淺的問題。旁邊也還有個小童戲水池，有個水上滑梯可以玩。來的時候正值淡季，泳池裡麪一個人都沒有，獨享一片泳池，體驗滿分，五星好評。

旅遊路經阿克蘇，訂了維也納國際的一個房間，總的來説衞生環境各方面都還不錯，讓我意想不到的是前廳小姑娘小鄒，服務態度非常好，還向我主動介紹了周邊的環境，有什麼好吃的，出行怎麼走比較方便！比較貼心！值得推薦！

房間差、服務員服務態度差、大堂經理口頭承諾給我升級房間到主樓能讓我洗澡、讓我修改評價、結果又説讓我補差價！我想説，你們酒店應該直接説清楚B棟不可以洗澡啊。連續四天的涼水、不能洗澡。開什麼玩笑？大家千萬別住、誰住誰後悔！

第二天一早的飛機，所以選了機場附近的酒店。下午從喀什過來，酒店離高速出口很近，很方便。因為在機場附近，確實是沒什麼飯店，開到市內大概20分鐘，但這些訂的時候也能估計到。早餐比較豐富，餐廳也很大。酒店很大，有個自己的湖，用餐後可以在院子裏散步。
體驗不好重點説一下：這個酒店有兩棟樓，checkin都在A座，我們訂的大床房在B座，要走過去。詢問可不可以住在A座，被告知A座沒有此房型，要麼是沒有窗的大床，要麼就要升級到套房。於是我們兩個人拿着三個大箱子，中間還有台階上上下下的，真的很麻煩。保安小哥人很好，從大堂帶我們過去還主動幫我們拿行李。第二天我們發現其實是可以開車到B座的，但沒有工作人員告知，且B座樓下不好停車。這個B座一樓是空置的大堂，可能以前也有前台辦理業務吧，但是現在衹有吧枱，沒有任何標識和工作人員，半夜一進來感覺像廢棄了一樣。房間設施倒是還好，和其他維也納大差不差，但是這個大堂第一感覺真的很不好。而且B座的房間也不比A座少花錢，真的有種區別對待的感覺。還有房間，不知道為什麼我們的房間是不插卡就有電的，走到門前發現屋子門口的電子牌上顯示着已入住，本想去大堂問問，但是折騰一天實在不想再走回去，遂將信將疑的刷卡，發現可以打開房門，但屋子裡的燈都是亮着的。我不知道其他人什麼想法，反正我一進這個樓開始就覺得説不出來的奇怪。衞生方面，床頭上不知道還插着哪位住客的牙線。最讓我反感的是離店後竟然還有員工加微信要好評，真是這麼多年第一次見。我真的不喜歡給差評，但希望酒店還是提升一下服務質量吧。

一路從喀什、莎車到了阿克蘇，並非酒店做了升級才給好評，是確實非常好，住了幾天民宿，各種奇葩令人崩潰，阿克蘇的維也納是我見過最豪華最龐大的維也納，距離機場六公里，酒店有接送機服務，服務員熱情好客，機場等了很久毫無怨言，辦理入住迅速，房間乾淨整潔，無死角，設施很新，如果是短時過度，五星推薦入住！

與雙床標間不同的是，大床房在B座背向高速公路的那一側，所以比較安靜。
衞生：總體還可以，地毯有較多污漬痕跡（見圖）。
設施：熱水偏冷，擰到最熱放了幾分鐘依舊是30度出頭的感覺
