The hotel is clean, affordable, and a good value despite the distance from the Copenhagen city center. However, the desk clerk was certainly the most arrogant and dismissive hotel personnel I have ever encountered. He definitely needs a remedial class in customer service.

Beliggenhed - nemt at komme til, både i bil, på gåben og på cykel. Indtjekning - man skal ringe til hotellet i forvejen og få kode, hvis man tjekker ind udenfor åbningstiderne.
