RRochelleWe had a lovely time at Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay. The host family were very welcoming. We were away from our families during Christmas but they made us feel like we were part of theirs.
The room has a romantic atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded by far.
The moon sets right outside the window with a telescope on the balcony for those who are brave enough to face the cold morning outside.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the Xinjiang milk tea which was sent up to the room so that we could enjoy the scenery while eating.
We would definitely recommend this Homestay to couples.
You will not regret your stay.
For some the price might seem steep but the hospitality and atmosphere is priceless - definitely worth it! ❄️☺️

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Quiet in a busy place, not very close to the dining place, but there are few cars and people, the scenery is good, and he has his own restaurant, which is very convenient. There is a water heater for taking a shower, a refrigerator, and a stereo. A lot of snacks and yogurt are also given. There are also two kinds of pillows, one soft and one buckwheat. Our itinerary changed temporarily, and the boss told us not to operate it ourselves, and called Ctrip customer service to change it; we put the suitcase on the windowsill, pressing down the curtains. When we went to Kanas, we thought we would have to pull it back, so we didn’t move it. As a result, we found that the curtains had been opened when the store owner cleaned the room. At the end of the five-day trip, I must say: ”It is worthy of the name and worth the trip”! 👍 Breakfast not only has delicious ”tofu brain and fried dumplings”, but even the fried dough sticks are made and fried by the hotel itself, not semi-finished products from the supermarket! These details reflect the hotel staff's love for work and their serious and responsible attitude. As for the hotel environment, facilities, and room hygiene services, they fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Especially Kaka, Baina, Dirk and the unknown electrician at the front desk, the service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Every day when it is still light, or when you return from the ski resort, you can always see Mr. Jing, who has a kind face and gets up earlier than the chicken 🐔, and greets you with a smile, which makes the fatigue of skiing suddenly relieved a lot, and you feel like going home. 👍 (Jiyuhe Hotel in Jiangjun Mountain should learn from you) I suggest snow friends to stay at ”Jiyuhe Hotel” for one night before leaving Keketuohai, treat yourself well, and comfort yourself. ☕️ 🍗 🍻
