Rooms: Too small Balcony: No view of skyline, only a few trees Food: Oily. Bhaturas were exceptionally bad, difficult to chew, toast was cold and burnt, butter was frozen, no breakfast buffet as is the norm in any 3 star hotel, service slow and unresponsive Air conditioning: No room heater in winter. So How is it air- conditioned? If not, how can you call it a 3 star hotel? Room service: Unresponsive, making commi**ents they don’t intend to keep, finding fault with the customer instead of improving their perfor***ce Overall: Look for a better hotel. Don’t go by cooked up reviews. Read the negative reviews. Why do all of them say the same thing? Are all of them lying? Are all of them exceptional customers? Or are they the only ones telling the truth? THINK before you CHOOSE!

We stayed at the Hotel The Ranikhet Continental for a night with family and absolutely loved it! Excellent property and it only gets more breathtaking when you take a walk on the terrace. High quality rooms with all the facilities and the staff were all without exception friendly, helpful and efficient. The owner of this property Mr D C Pandey himself interacted with us and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.
