Receptionists must be tactful in dealing with customers. I contacted the hotel to check if there was a possibility to book in a specific date, but I was surprised From the style of the receptionist, who was not at all tactful, so that there was a dialogue about the methods of reservation, and he declared at the time, saying, “I do not care,” and when he ended the phone call, he also did not deal even in a humane manner.

Ein Stadthotel für die Rundreise. Nicht so groß mit riesegem Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Küche. Wir musten mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Wie schon oft geschrieben war bei uns das Bad auch immer unter Wasser. Safe funktionierte auch nicht trotz Servicemitarbeiter. Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon.
