Good hotel! Enjoyed our stay. However, location could’ve been better.

It was a more than adequate hotel in a city that is easy to get around, but not in the heart of the noise/crowds so it was quiet at night to sleep

Perfect location. Not far from the city center and central station. The staff also gifted us a keychain while checking out.

came here for my boyfriends 21st. Hotel kindly provided bottle of cava but no upgrades, cards, decoration or anything else was done. Not even a cake with candle. Room provided us with 1l of water between us. We asked for more water in the room as most gold award hotels we have stayed in provide 2L minimum. We were then charged €12 for the extra water. Room was tiny compared to photos and I would not say it deserves a gold award. Location was excellent but that’s about it. Amenities very basic and small amounts of coffee and sugar in the room.

Centrally located making the entire city within:30-40 min walking distance. Ubers and taxis minutes away. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk was helpful if we had questions. Rooms were quite small, but it's expected in the downtown Amsterdam. Hotel was extremely clean.

I stayed in four hotels in Europe, and this was the only one that didn't allow two adults and one child to stay in a double room. They were very strict about the requirement that the child must be under 2 years old. The white male supervisor asked with disdain on his face to upgrade to a triple room, so I paid an extra 2,000 RMB for three nights!
